Description du Poste
Le rôle d’Associate au sein de l’équipe de Compliance Risk and Diligence implique une expérience pratique dans un domaine dynamique. Les candidats contribueront à une approche basée sur le risque pour aider les clients à satisfaire aux obligations réglementaires telles que l’anti-corruption et l’anti-blanchiment d’argent.
Responsabilités principales :
- Recherche et Analyse : Mener des recherches complexes en anglais et en espagnol à l’aide de bases de données publiques, médias et sources commerciales.
- Rédaction de Rapports : Rédiger des rapports structurés et concis, principalement en anglais, afin de fournir aux clients une évaluation précise des informations recueillies.
- Gestion de Projets : Gérer plusieurs missions simultanément, en effectuant des recherches approfondies concernant des entreprises et individus pour évaluer leur légitimité et réputation.
Exigences
Pour aspirer à ce poste, les candidats doivent posséder :
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle (y compris stages).
- Un diplôme en Relations Internationales, Sciences Politiques, Droit ou domaines connexes.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
Compétences clés :
- Capacité à synthétiser et résumer des informations provenant de diverses sources.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant des délais serrés.
- Orientation service client et souci du détail.

Les compétences additionnelles qui seraient avantageuses incluent :

- Conduct increasingly complex Spanish- and English-language research using public record databases, commercial and proprietary databases, media sources and the Internet.
- Analyze and synthesize relevant research findings.
- Write well-structured, concise, logical and objective reports to provide clients with an accurate assessment of the findings. Most reports are written in English.
- Manage multiple assignments from start to finish, conducting extensive Internet, database, and media research into companies and individuals to provide our clients with an accurate assessment of the status legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a subject company and its principals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships)
- Undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited university majoring in: International Relations/Affairs, Regional Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Law or other related areas of study
- Business fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Extremely strong writing skills, including ability to summarize information quickly and effectively from multiple sources into concise analytical assessments
- Ability to conduct online research using various primary and secondary sources
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
- Ability to manage and prioritize several projects or assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Customer-service orientation with a dedication to quality and a strong attention to detail
