Responsabilités Principales
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de :
- *Réaliser des évaluations auditives complètes* et fournir des conseils d’expert adaptés aux besoins individuels des patients.
- *Assurer le bon ajustement et la maintenance des appareils auditifs*, en offrant des conseils techniques et en garantissant le confort des patients.
- *Mener des consultations de suivi*, incluant des ajustements d’appareils auditifs et des recommandations pour leur utilisation.
- *Collaborer avec d’autres professionnels de santé* afin de promouvoir un environnement de travail positif et solidaire.
- *Participer à des programmes de formation* pour enrichir vos compétences cliniques et maintenir votre enregistrement HCPC.
- *Offrir un service client exceptionnel* en construisant des relations de confiance avec les patients durant leur parcours auditif.
Conditions Requises
Le poste est ouvert aux Audiologists qualifiés ainsi qu’aux Hearing Aid Dispensers. Les candidats devront :
- *Posséder les qualifications nécessaires* pour s’enregistrer auprès de l’HCPC.
- *Être attentif aux détails* et faire preuve d’une attitude motivée.
- *Être capable de travailler de manière autonome* tout en appréciant le travail en équipe.
- *Manifester un intérêt pour l’évolution professionnelle* et une volonté d’accroître leur expertise.

Rémunération
Le salaire est compétitif et se situe entre £45,000 et £60,000 par an, en fonction de l’expérience.

You’ll build strong patient relationships, provide tailored solutions, and make a real difference in people’s lives—all while enjoying the flexibility and variety that comes with a mobile role.Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and provide expert advice on hearing solutions tailored to the individual needs of each patient.Ensure the accurate fitting and maintenance of hearing aids, offering technical advice, and ensuring that patients are comfortable with their devices.Provide follow-up consultations, including adjustments to hearing aids and providing guidance to patients on their use and maintenance.Work closely with other healthcare professionals, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.Participate in training and development programs to enhance your clinical skills and maintain your HCPC registration.Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their hearing journey.Competitive Salary based on experienceYou’ll need to be a qualified HAD.
