Dans le cadre de l’initiative de Qantas pour bâtir un avenir résilient et innovant, le rôle de Storeperson Material Logistics est proposé en tant qu’opportunité permanente à temps plein au Hangar QantasLink de Brisbane. L’accent est mis sur la capacité des employés à s’adapter et à exceller face aux défis changeants du secteur aérien.
Responsabilités principales
Le Storeperson Material Logistics sera responsable de plusieurs tâches clés, qui incluent :
- Traitement efficace de toutes les exigences de l’entrepôt dans des délais appropriés.
- Surveillance fréquente des besoins opérationnels au sein de l’entrepôt, avec la capacité de réajuster les priorités pour répondre aux exigences des clients.
- Examen et action précis sur tous les aspects de la logistique, incluant la réception, le stockage, l’émission et l’expédition.
- Contrôle des stocks de Qantas et des clients afin d’assurer leur disponibilité.
- Contribution aux processus d’amélioration continue afin d’accroître la productivité et l’efficacité globale des opérations.
Qualifications requises
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent faire preuve des qualités et compétences suivantes :
- Autonomie et motivation personnelle, avec des compétences organisationnelles solides.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, avec réactivité face aux changements.
- Aptitude à bâtir des relations efficaces et à encourager un esprit d’équipe collaboratif.
- Minimum de trois ans d’expérience en gestion de la logistique, avec une compréhension des processus de maintenance aéronautique.
- Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office et connaissance de systèmes comme TRAX et Maintenix (souhaité).
- Permis de conduire valide et licence de chariot élévateur requis.
- Capacité à travailler sur des horaires rotatifs, jour et nuit.
