Sous la direction artistique de Demna depuis 2015, la maison continue d’évoluer, faisant partie du groupe Kering.
Description du poste
Le rôle du Sales Associate
Le Sales Associate joue un rôle clé dans l’équipe, responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs de vente du magasin tout en offrant une expérience client authentique selon les valeurs de Balenciaga. Ce poste est essentiel pour représenter la marque et ses standards.
Vos missions incluront :
- Augmenter les ventes grâce à un portefeuille client solide et à jour.
- Assurer la satisfaction client en respectant les standards de service de Balenciaga.
- Engager les clients par la construction de relations authentiques à long terme.
- Maintenir un professionnalisme constant dans toutes les interactions.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de stock pour garantir la disponibilité des produits.
- Fournir des retours d’information sur l’activité des clients et les tendances du marché.
- Veiller à la présentation visuelle des produits conformément aux directives de merchandising.
Profil recherché
Compétences et qualifications :
- Expérience prouvée dans un rôle similaire ou possédant des compétences transférables.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec un souci du détail.
- Connaissance approfondie des tendances du marché et de la mode.
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome.
- Compétences administratives et digitales solides.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais requise.

They support their fellow colleagues and the management team and in representing the Balenciaga brand and values.How you will contribute
- Drive sales results throughout building and maintaining a strong and thoroughly updated client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction by constantly providing the standards of Balenciaga services and values
- Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance
- Consistently provide the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all behaviors including communication and teamwork
- Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
- Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends
- Maintain display and organization of all areas per the visual merchandising guidelines
Who you are
- Proven experience in a similar role, or a role with a transferrable skill set
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Product sensitivity and a strong market and fashion trends knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and to work independently
- Strong administration and digital skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
