This role is freelance-friendly, and you’re welcome to combine it with other projects or commitments.With over 30 projects from the EU and US, our 220+ team contributes to compelling projects from agriculture to satellite solutions to currency trading. Our Engineers work with big amounts of data, use the latest technologies, and have opportunities from mentoring to growing into an architect role. Join the ambitious N-iX Data team with a unique blend of Business, Scientific, and Data expertise that seeks to unleash the full potential of our assets by bringing technology, data, and insights to the forefront of decision making.Our client is a US-based company that provides In-flight Internet and entertainment services to the aircrafts across the globe, serving both commercial and business aircrafts. At this moment we cooperate on Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Data Science, Billing and BigData directions and look for talents who can contribute to the complex data management and analysis projects.Requirements:

• Hands on experience with SQL
• Strong experience with DBT
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with BI tools
• Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) + Airflow and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience with Redshift
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• Experience as a Tableau Developer (Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server) would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Implement business intelligence solutions to achieve data reporting and analysis goals
• Work closely with data engineers and business analysts to design effective queries and to understand and apply changes/modifications impacting the reporting layer
• Convert the information needs of customers to a design of good reports and dashboards
• Implement and optimize these designs

Nice to have:

• Kibana knowledge
• Experience working with AWS (Athena)
