Description du Poste
Le poste de Billing Expert Financial Accounting est clé pour accompagner la mission de l’entreprise. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Surveillance des transactions enregistrées par le Centre de Services Partagés (SSC) concernant la facturation interentreprises.
- Création de statistiques et d’évaluations sur la facturation interentreprises.
- Exécution de contrôles internes et compliance SOX dans le domaine de la facturation interentreprises.
- Interface entre le SSC, les OPCO, et le TopCo concernant la facturation interentreprises.
- Assurer la conformité des enregistrements comptables aux comptes et centres de coûts appropriés.
- Participation à la préparation des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Soutien à la mise en œuvre des systèmes et processus financiers pertinents.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder une formation universitaire en finance ou en comptabilité, complétée par de solides compétences, comprenant :
- Connaissances approfondies en audit et comptabilité.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets financiers.
- Une bonne compréhension du secteur des télécommunications est un atout.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle en comptabilité ou dans le domaine financier.
- Compétences linguistiques en anglais et en allemand à un niveau de négociation.

- Monitoring of transactions booked by the SSC in Intercompany Billing
- Creation of statistics and evaluations in the area of Intercompany Billing
- Execution of SOX & internal controls, including documentation in the area of Intercompany Billing
- Being the interface to SSC & OPCO & TopCo for the Intercompany Billing area
- Ensuring that all bookings are carried out correctly and booked to the correct accounts & cost centers
- Participation in the preparation of monthly financial statements (including quarterly and annual financial statements)
- Support in the implementation of relevant system and financial processes

- University of Applied Sciences/University degree in Finance or Accounting
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of Audit and Accounting
- Experience in Finance project management
- Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications infrastructure is a great advantage
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting or in the Finance area
- English and German: Negotiation-level
