Description du poste : Business Development Representative (Remote)We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and take the lead on high-volume outbound cold calling efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to connect with decision-makers, and consistently converts cold outreach into qualified leads.As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and drive interest will directly contribute to our companys growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clientsEngage and qualify leads through professional and persuasive conversationsBuild rapport quickly and identify potential opportunitiesFollow up effectively to move prospects through the sales funnelWork closely with the internal team to refine outreach strategiesRequirementsHigh-level English proficiency (spoken and written)Minimum 5 years of cold calling experience in sales or lead generationProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong persuasion and objection-handling skillsResilient, persistent, and goal-driven with a strong refusal to accept no as a final answerSelf-motivated, able to work independently, and manage time effectivelyExperience in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, or high-ticket sales is a plusTools and SoftwareDialer software (such as Aircall, RingCentral, or similar)Slack for team communicationGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)QualificationsAt least 5 years in a Sales Development Representative, cold caller, or outbound sales roleAbility to manage high call volumes and convert prospects into qualified leadsStrong follow-up strategies and ability to quickly build trust with potential clientsPrior experience in MSP, BPO, staffing, or recruiting industries is highly preferred
