It’s an exciting time and the potential for any brand to use Railsr to power and deliver their customers’ financial experiences is enormous.The OpportunityThis position will report directly to the Head of Onboardings & Implementations.You will be responsible for ensuring we successfully implement & onboard new customer card programmes via the Railsr Platform (including any required Banking/BaaS structures), via our vendors within the Cards eco-system, and leading our customers to launch their card products efficiently and effectively within agreed & tight timeframes.Your Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new card (Visa & Mastercard) programmes for customer launch using our standard framework product offering
  • Liaise with associated partners & direct our internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are key to supporting programme launch, including but not limited to Scheme, Processors, Card Bureaus and Mobile Wallets
  • Knowledge of scheme requirements, card fees, supplier limitations and impact to end users for Card Implementations
  • Implementing & managing our customer Google and Apple Pay wallet projects
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, and MI provision related to standard card products
  • Building and maintaining a strong understanding & adherence to Railsr’s internal platform & implementation processes
  • Building consultative, professional and strong relationships with our customers through regular and open communications, for example, conducting & documenting regular meetings, actions and providing regular guidance throughout their implementation journey to ensure successful & timely launches.
  • Generate, lead & implement process improvement ideas on a regular basis, for both the cards & banking implementation processes, as well as the regular operating mechanism of our customer programmes
  • Card Programme & Banking Delivery – oversee business integration of customer requirements and sign off from a Card & Banking (if required) production implementation for customers

Your ProfileSkills & Experience

  • You will have 5+ years of relevant experience leading Cards Implementation or Banking (or closely related) Projects that handle a diverse range of implementation responsibilities, including direct customer engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of the Card Industry preferably in an Issuer implementation team, with exposure to Processors, Card Bureaus, Card Data/PCI vendors, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing BINs at Visa and Mastercard and the associated processes is essential for this role
  • Strong working knowledge of Visa/Mastercard Rules
  • Experience working with BIN sponsorship, and an understanding of the implementation process.
  • Recent experience managing complex card (and possibly banking) projects & stakeholders, including Customers, Internal Teams & multiple Vendors.
  • Knowledge of Apple Pay and Google Pay implementation processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of UK/EU Banking/BaaS & Payment processes and products is a strong plus.
  • Experience of producing high volume, accurate work with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Relevant System/Platform Knowledge:
  • Must: MasterCard-Connect, Visa-Access, JIRA/Confluence (Atlassian), Card-Processors (GPS/Thredd, Paymentology, Episode6, etc.), Google/Microsoft Office Suites, Slack
  • Desired/a Plus: Salesforce, Box, Google-Looker, Monday.com, Lucid
  • Scheme & Payments Regulatory knowledge (desirable)
