Description du Poste
Objectif :
Le CTOAM pour les pays nordiques joue un rôle stratégique dans la mise en place et le suivi des centres CAR T, contribuant ainsi à leur succès commercial. Ce poste requiert une coordination efficace pour superviser l’intégration des centres de traitement, tout en assurant la mise à jour continue de leurs capacités selon les normes les plus récentes.

Le CTOAM devra établir des relations solides avec les comptes clients et gérer le processus d’intégration des centres CAR T. Cette fonction inclut également la formation spécifique des sites et la collecte d’informations de marché pour optimiser l’exécution et l’expérience client. En tant qu’agent de liaison sur le terrain, le CTOAM est un membre essentiel de l’équipe interdisciplinaire de BMS.
Responsabilités Clés
- Intégration des sites CAR T : Coordination de toutes les étapes spécifiques à chaque site lors de l’intégration, y compris le soutien continu.
- Excellence Opérationnelle : Agir en tant que champion du site, en s’assurant que tous les aspects médicaux, réglementaires et de qualité sont en place.

Qualifications & Expérience
Exigences :
- Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la santé, idéalement dans l’industrie biopharmaceutique.
- Expérience approfondie en gestion de comptes clés ou dans des postes médicaux en terrain.
- Connaissance avancée des processus hospitaliers, des réseaux et des voies de référence.
- Fluente en une langue nordique et en anglais.
- Compétences interpersonnelles, décisions efficaces et capacités de résolution de problèmes éprouvées.

Read more: .PurposeThe Nordic Cell Therapy Operations and Account Manager (CTOAM) plays a critical role in the commercial success of BMS’s innovative cellular therapies by coordinating the country-wide management of the onboarding of CAR T centers in the Nordic countries as well as continuous update of their capabilities according to state-of-the-art standards. The CTOAM also develop and implement account plans of CAR T treaters as well as the key referrers and giving input to the cross-functional development of the national brand strategies.Position summaryThe Nordic CTOAM will compliantly engage accounts in his/her geography, cultivate strong customer relationships, determine/address CAR T onboarding and support logistical needs, and manage a best-in-class CAR T center onboarding process for the assigned centers as well as their continuous update of their capabilities. The Nordic CTOAM is responsible to ensure that all site-specific trainings (e.g. education on the process, the product handling, disease management, etc.) are conducted by the appropriate, functional BMS roles. Additionally, he/she will gather market insights and define and monitor relevant KPIs to optimize execution and customer experience. While the role is field-based, the Nordic CTOAM plays a critical role within the CT cross functional team.Key ResponsibilitiesCAR T Site onboarding and updating of capacities:
- Accountable for the coordination of site-specific process steps during onboarding, launch and ongoing support phase of BMS’s cell therapies in the specified Nordic country centers.
- Lead an organized and efficient onboarding process for selected centers within Nordics through collaboration with cross-functional BMS team members and site account stakeholders including clinical staff of different disciplines, ICU, department decision makers, pharmacy, laboratory, supply and distribution, purchasing, operations.
- Engage with selected CAR T centers which are not yet onboarded, to evaluate site-specific onboarding needs and capacity with the objective to develop site-specific onboarding plans and specify timeframes for completion in an ongoing manner and for further indications.
- Maintain frequent contact with CAR T site stakeholders to ensure the customers voice is being heard, issues are timely managed and innovative ideas can be developed to constantly improve patient and customer satisfaction.
- Contract management: Provide ongoing contract management for the site including existing contract renewals/addendums.
- Ensure all onboarding processes and updating of capacities are executed within BMS’s regulatory and legal guidelines.
Operational Excellence:
- Acting as the Site Champion by ensuring coordination and alignment of all related activities, including medical, marketing, regulatory, quality, market preparation & market access projects at the site level.
- Responsible for the right contextualization of our products and discussing the optimal patient selection. Implements the brand messages and strategic tactics to allow customers achieving optimal treatment results and patient satisfaction.
- Enhances operational excellence and innovation (e.g., customer-friendly solutions, process optimizations, inputs on customization and improving the CTDP, etc.).
- Closely collaborate with CAR T centers to manage awareness, understanding and expectations regarding slot availability and demand.
- Close collaboration with the CAR T team members to ensure an aligned, center-specific field personal approach.
- Monitor brand success and customer satisfaction through KPIs.
- Understand all relevant processes in a CAR T center and within the referral network.
- Accountable for the identification of local referral patterns and patient flow.
- Identify roadblocks in local referral process and develop strategies to optimize access to cell therapies for all eligible patients in close collaboration with field force.
- Responsible for the referral strategy and execution in close collaboration with the TA Head.
Key Account & Referrer Management:
- Develops strategic plan for CT treaters and referrers and Multi-Disciplinary Hospital Networks.
- Conducts meetings and events to promote BMS’ cellular therapies and educate on operational and referral processes by using multi-channel approaches in cooperation with Thought Leaders and key stakeholders.
- Closely monitors and addresses competitors’ activities and brings up and implements innovative ideas in the strategic brand plans to overcome the challenges in the CT marketplace.
- Ensures a consistent cross-functional approach with Medical, Marketing & Market Access, etc. towards the accounts in-line with the brand strategy. Creates a “One Team, One Voice” sprit and perception at account and customer level.
- Is responsible for national sales & market share targets.
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of key projects in the assigned territory.
Affiliate CT Strategy:
- Support the CAR T Team in defining affiliate-specific CAR T strategy; conduct upfront preparation and follow-up activities to ensure plans can be formulated comprehensively and on-time.
- Understand emerging hematology trends to drive the future national strategy – learning locally, applying nationally.
- Gather insights to ensure BMS’s cell therapies can be effectively and safely administered in various sites of care, while also providing best-in-class customer experience and service, as well as to ensure optimal success of BMS cell therapy products.
Demand Planning:
- Responsible to gather all relevant insights for the accurate demand planning at site level to ensure an accurate slot allocation at the national level – in close collaboration with the CAR T Team.
- Provides strong support for the internal budget and forecasting process.
- Identify potential gaps and conduct initiatives to address capacity constraints as needed; escalate as needed.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequirement for the role:
- Ideally at least 7 years of experience in the health sector either biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry or medical institutions.
- Profound experience in Key Account Management or field-based medical positions is required and experience in business/management is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge about hospital processes, networks and referral pathways.
- Healthcare or Life Sciences background preferred.
- Strong preference for a candidate with knowledge and experience in Hematology and stem cell transplantation.
- Thorough understanding of the hematology market and disease landscapes. CAR T knowledge and experience will be a plus.
- Fluent in one Nordic and English language.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, decision-making capabilities, and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to interact and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven understanding of regional healthcare provider organizations and market dynamics.
