Pinnacle Solutions recrute un Mécanicien d’Avion CH-47F I pour intégrer une équipe dédiée et dynamique. Les responsabilités du poste incluent, sans s’y limiter :

Entretien et inspection des systèmes et composants de l’avion.
Maintenance planifiée et non planifiée, y compris le soutien aux opérations de maintenance.
Utilisation d’outils et d’équipements de support au sol spécifiques.
Préparation et mise à jour des documents de maintenance des aéronefs.
Appliquer des procédures préventives de corrosion et gérer les matériaux dangereux.
Assurer la coordination de toutes les activités de maintenance notamment en relation avec d’autres organisations.

Qualifications Requises

Pour postuler à ce poste, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

Deux années d’expérience en tant que mécanicien sur les aéronefs de la série CH-47.
Avoir complété et être qualifié par le parcours de formation approprié des forces armées américaines ou un équivalent civil.
Compétences en communication professionnelle et capacité à interagir de manière courtoise avec les clients.
Possession d’un permis de conduire valide.
Citoyenneté américaine requise.
Passage avec succès d’un examen médical pour le déploiement à l’étranger.

Description:Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a CH-47F Aircraft Mechanic I to work in Saudi Arabia. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!CH-47F Aircraft Mechanic performs maintenance, removal, installation, replacement of, scheduled/unscheduled inspections, and operational checks on aircraft systems, subsystems, and major components. Responsibilities:

Remove, inspect, troubleshoot and install aircraft system and subsystem components and subcomponents to include, but not limited to, engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, flight controls, and hydraulics.
Performs schedule/unscheduled maintenance activities to include PMS, servicing and lubrication, and MOC/MTF support functions.
Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools/test equipment, and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) and Peculiar Ground Support Equipment (PGSE).
Prepares, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records.
Uses common measuring tools, measuring gages, and alignment fixtures.
Applies corrosion preventative procedures. Cleans, preserves, and stores power train and rotor components.
Uses and performs operator maintenance on ground support equipment, common and special tools.
Maintains facilities for storage of returnable and hazardous materials.
Requisitions and maintains shop and bench stock for repair of CH-47 systems and subsystems.
Prepares requests for turn-in and repair parts for components.
Ensures that aircraft maintenance activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Maintenance Lead, in conjunction with Aviation Logistics for related platform parts and spares.
Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to powertrain maintenance of the aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the Maintenance Lead.
Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Maintenance Lead.
In coordination with the PC and Maintenance Lead, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
Enters data, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records.
Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
Other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Lead.
Independence: Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities within the parameters of his supervisor’s direction.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Qualifications:

2 years’ experience as a mechanic working with CH-47 series aircraft.
Successfully completed and be qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces CH-47 aircraft mechanic maintenance course or civilian equivalent training.
Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance management system, and other aircraft related documentation.
Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
Possess a valid state or Government issued driver’s license.
Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire.
Must be a US citizen.
