Responsabilités :

• Faire partie intégrante de l’équipe de restauration, le/la host/ess est le premier contact des clients, façonnant leur première impression.
• Accueillir les invités avec courtoisie et professionnalisme, en maintenant un contact visuel et un sourire.
• Utiliser le logiciel Open Table pour gérer les réservations, incluant le suivi du carnet de réservation quotidien.
• Posséder une connaissance approfondie des menus et des ingrédients pour assurer une expérience client optimale.
• Être conscient de la dynamique du service en comprenant le fonctionnement des stations de serveurs.
• Établir une relation avec les clients réguliers, se souvenant de leurs noms et préférences.

Qualifications requises :

• Personnalité chaleureuse apte à faire une bonne première impression.
• Expérience préalable en tant que host/ess dans un environnement de restauration à rythme rapide est préférée.
• Capacité à utiliser des équipements informatiques.
• Attitude positive et volonté de contribuer à un environnement de travail convivial.

Exigences en matière de visa :

• Posséder une autorisation de travail valide en Corée du Sud.

• The Host/ess is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
• By nature of the position, the host/ess is the guest’s first impression of the restaurant.
• This Host/ess greets guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
• Utilizing Open Table, the Host/ess takes reservations, reviews the daily reservation book and has the ability to seat guests without reservations.
• The Host/ess has a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is unavailable for that day.
• A principle role within the restaurant, the Host/ess is familiar with server stations, their daily assignments, their personal timing patterns and their maximum workload capacity.
• The Host/ess is also familiar with frequent guests and knows their names and preferences.

Qualifications

• Bubbly personality who can bring a warm first impression of the restaurant.
• Previous experience as hostess in fast pace restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge to operate computer equipment is required.
• Who has great attitude and ready to enjoy.

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
