Le **Chef de Partie (Wok)** sera chargé de préparer tous les plats wok destinés au restaurant chinois et aux banquets, tout en respectant les commandes des clients et les standards de qualité requis.

Responsabilités principales

*Le candidat retenu sera responsable de :*

  • Préparation des plats : Participer à la préparation des plats conformément aux commandes des clients en respectant les cartes de recettes, les normes de présentation et de portion.
  • Gestion des stocks : Assurer la conformité des aliments par rapport aux politiques en matière de dates et de températures, tout en surveillant les niveaux de stock pour éviter le gaspillage.
  • Formation et supervision : Encadrer et motiver les membres de l’équipe de cuisine, veillant à ce que les standards culturels et de qualité soient respectés.
  • Maintenance des équipements : Opérer et maintenir correctement les équipements de cuisine, garantissant leur propreté et leur efficacité.

Compétences requises

– La maîtrise du **Bahasa Malaysia** ainsi que la capacité à communiquer couramment en **anglais** sont essentielles.
– Être en possession des droits de travail en **Malaisie** est un prérequis.
