Lincoln College International (LCI) recherche des formateurs en technologie chimique, tant masculins que féminins, pour intégrer son équipe dynamique à Riyadh. Ce collège de formation, récemment inauguré, vise à offrir une éducation de classe mondiale aux citoyens saoudiens, s’inscrivant dans la vision ambitieuse 2030 du pays.
Objectif du poste
Le candidat retenu sera un formateur spécialisé en opérations d’usines explosives et technologies de défense chimique. Il abordera des domaines variés tels que les technologies de revêtement, le processus de finition chimique, et les techniques analytiques pertinentes pour les systèmes de défense. L’objectif est de préparer et évaluer les apprenants, facilitant leur intégration dans des rôles spécialisés au sein de l’industrie.
Prérequis et Qualifications
Les candidats doivent démontrer une expérience minimale de 3 ans dans le domaine des opérations en usine explosives ou de l’analyse chimique, accompagnée d’un diplôme pertinent ou de certifications professionnelles équivalentes. De plus, une maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable, avec un score de compétence requis à travers des examens tels que l’IELTS ou le TOEFL.

Tâches & Responsabilités Principales
Les formateurs auront pour mission de :

- Développer et affiner les contenus de formation en accord avec l’évolution sectorielle et les exigences réglementaires.
- Évaluer et soutenir les apprenants, en s’assurant de la qualité de l’enseignement à travers des retours structurés.
Développement Professionnel
Les candidats sans qualification d’enseignement formelle devront obtenir un Certificat de Niveau 4 en Éducation et Formation dans les six mois suivant leur recrutement. Des formations supplémentaires seront également proposées pour renforcer les compétences professionnelles des formateurs.

Training delivery will primarily be situated within the context of defense systems, ensuring relevance to applications across defense facilities.The successful candidate will prepare, deliver, and assess training supporting the progression of trainees into specialist roles within the industry.Due to the sensitive nature of this role, candidates will be required to undergo enhanced background security checks as part of the recruitment process.Good competency in English is mandatory.
