Titre du poste : Programme de Leadership en Management des Opérations
Description : Ce programme rotatif a pour objectif de développer les talents prometteurs de GE, passionnés par la technologie et les valeurs de l’entreprise. Les participants bénéficieront d’une formation technique intensive et de diverses missions stratégiques.
Profil du Candidat Idéal
- Participer activement aux projets au sein des équipes lors des attributions rotatives, associées à des études théoriques.
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour définir des besoins, communiquer sur l’approche des projets et présenter les résultats.
- Avoir une compréhension basique des moteurs économiques et savoir comment le travail d’équipe s’intègre avec les autres unités.
- Contribuer à divers projets pour développer des compétences en leadership et en techniques.
- Travailler en équipe ou sous la supervision d’un Manager d’Attribution.
- Exiger de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, et développer des relations solides avec les clients.
- Achever trois à quatre missions dans des domaines critiques au cours de deux ans.
Qualifications Requises
- Master en Science et Ingénierie des Matériaux (spécialisation en soudage) d’une université accréditée, pour les diplômés frais de 2025 ou 2026.
Qualifications Préférées
- Compétences solides en communication orale et écrite, capacités interpersonnelles et de leadership.
- Capacité à influencer et à diriger de petites équipes, tout en coordonnant plusieurs projets simultanément.

- Contributes to the activities of the teams across rotational assignments paired with formal classroom studies.
- Partnerns with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Contributes to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills.
- Works within a team setting and / or under guidance from Assingment Manager.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
- Due to the rotational nature of the Program, a member will complete three to four assignments in special process areas over a two-year period, each approximately six to eight months in length that cut across different aspects in engineering, quality and sourcing. (Special Process: Tungsten Inert Gas welding, vacuum heat treatment, brazing, shot peen etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university with major in Materials Science and Engineering Major (Welding) or Welding Major, fresh graduate for 2025 or 2026 year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
