En tant que Directeur au sein de notre pratique de Portfolio Optimization, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et l’expansion des services de consulting en optimisation de portefeuille, en vous concentrant sur des domaines prioritaires pour favoriser la croissance de Visa et de ses clients. L’optimisation des émetteurs sera l’un des axes principaux de votre action.
Tâches et responsabilités
Les missions spécifiques incluent :
- Prestations de service : Mener des discussions sur l’exécution avec le client, identifier les opportunités, et livrer le projet de A à Z.
- Point de contact principal : Établir de relations de confiance avec les clients tout en gérant les attentes.
- Plans d’action : Traduire les recommandations stratégiques en projets concrets et veiller à l’atteinte des résultats.
- KPI et amélioration continue : Suivre les indicateurs de performance pour assurer la qualité des implémentations.
- Veille sectorielle : Rester à jour sur les tendances de l’industrie et les meilleures pratiques.
- Gestion financière : Superviser les budgets, prévoir les dépenses et garantir la profitabilité des projets.
Qualifications requises
Compétences essentielles
Expérience : Minimum de 12 ans d’expérience avec un diplôme de bachelor ou un diplôme avancé (e.g., MBA) et plus de 10 ans en gestion de portefeuille et gestion de projet.
Compétences pratiques : Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets complexes, capacités analytiques solides, et compétences en gestion d’équipe.
Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau professionnel.
Atouts supplémentaires
Une expérience en conseil en gestion ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension de Visa et de l’écosystème des paiements seront appréciées.

From our collective experience we have amassed an extensive set of best practices we leverage to help partners manage customer relationships, portfolio levers and product development.What a Portfolio Optimization Director does at Visa:As a Director in our Portfolio Optimization Practice, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our Portfolio Optimization implementation consulting services across the market, focusing on key priority areas that will grow both Visa’s and the client’s business. One of the key priority areas will be issuer optimization. Potential projects include implementation key initiatives from product design and launch, sales acquisition channel optimization, portfolio management diagnostics, customer lifecycle management, portfolio migrations. You will contribute not only to implementation consulting delivery but also to developing thought leadership by creating materials such as set-plays, pitch decks, and whitepapers.Specific responsibilities include:Provide an on-behalf of service to lead execution related discussions with the client to identify potential opportunities, develop scope, build the business case and deliver the end to end project to grow the client’s portfolioServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during implementation, building trusted relationships and managing expectationsTranslate strategic portfolio recommendations into actionable project plans, mobilize teams, and ensure delivery of promised outcomesEstablish and monitor KPIs to track progress, quality, and impact of optimization implementations and ensure continuous improvementStay current with industry trends and best practices in portfolio optimization and project delivery and contribute to service offering development and team capability buildingDesign and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly, at times physically support implementation at the client siteWork closely across multiple team functions including wider VCA, Product, Sales, Regional and Marketing team to acquire specific subject matter expertise as neededOversee and manage all financial aspects of portfolio optimization implementation projects, ensuring profitability and financial health throughout the engagement lifecycleDevelop, track, and manage project budgets and proactively monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial targetsProvide regular financial forecasts, variance analyses, and P&L reports, highlighting risks and opportunitiesThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsWhat you will need– Min. 12 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (E.g., MBA or Masters in relevant field)
– 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, implementation and project management roles
– Proven track record in delivering complex portfolio optimization initiatives from the issuers or fintech side
– Proven experience managing projects and cross functional teams from inception to completion
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross functional and multi disciplinary teams.
– Exceptional client and stakeholder management and communication skills
– Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma a plus)
– Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
– Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and results oriented environment
– Demonstrated experience managing, developing, and mentoring high performing teams
– Proven experience with P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and delivering on financial targets
