Responsabilités
Le rôle de Staff Technical Program Manager requiert une gestion complète des programmes liés aux infrastructures de centres de données, englobant divers aspects techniques tels que :
- Gestion de programmes liés à l’alimentation, le refroidissement, le réseau, et le stockage.
- Collaboration inter-équipes pour définir les besoins et livrables.
- Supervision de l’exécution des infrastructures et des modifications nécessaires en data center.
- Conduite de revues de capacité pour planifier les expansions.
- Développement et maintien de plans de programme détaillés, incluant l’analyse des risques.
- Gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs pour garantir le respect des accords de service.
- Suivi et rapport des indicateurs de performance et des jalons clés.
- Identification proactive des risques pour minimiser l’impact sur les plannings et les budgets.
- Promotion de l’amélioration continue dans les processus de livraison des infrastructures.
Compétences et Qualifications
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme en informatique, mathématiques, ou domaines connexes ; un MBA est un atout.
- Bilinguisme en coréen et en anglais.
- Expérience en gestion d’opérations de data centers.
- Solides compétences en analyse et résolution de problèmes complexes en informatique.
- Connaissance des services AWS et systèmes distribués.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale.

- Lead end-to-end program management for data center infrastructure initiatives including power, cooling, network, compute, and storage.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Drive execution of infrastructure build-outs, retrofits in the data center.
- Drive capacity review board for capacity expansions.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk analysis, and communication cadences.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Track and report program metrics, milestones, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal impact to timelines and budgets.
- Champion continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery processes and tooling.
- Should be able to come up with scenarios and business requirements by analyzing data and business needs.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
- Establishes, enables and improves systems to manage product feedback from customers to resolve issues.
Education / Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree computer sciences, mathematics, management/computer information systems, accounting, or related fields. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred – can be replaced by experience
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Related Work Experience in managing Data Center operations
- Foundation in analyzing, problem determination, and resolving complex IT problems
- Experienced with controls, or risk management with both enterprise applications and developed software, including:
- Service oriented architecture concepts
- Distributed systems access management and service deployment
- Modern software development practices
- Familiarity with AWS services and containerized distributed systems
- Strong familiarity with relational, object-oriented and messaging queue infrastructure
