Description des Missions
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission principale de concevoir et déployer des solutions d’automatisation à grande échelle au sein des centres de fulfillment, de retour, de réapprovisionnement et des hubs. En tant que chef de projet, il devra collaborer étroitement avec plusieurs parties prenantes, notamment les chefs de projet, les responsables produits et les équipes opérationnelles.
Responsabilités Clés
- Identifier les opportunités d’automatisation et sélectionner les solutions appropriées.
- Développer un plan de projet et des estimations de coûts.
- Recueillir les exigences des équipes opérationnelles et gérer leurs attentes.
- Rédiger des documents d’acceptation de projet et soutenir les équipes de procurement grâce à l’élaboration des contrats avec les fournisseurs.
- Effectuer des tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) avant la mise en œuvre.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs d’automatisation.
Qualifications Requises
- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en conception d’automatisation.
- Une expérience préalable dans le domaine de l’e-commerce est essentielle.
- Compréhension approfondie des processus des centres de fulfillment et des systèmes associés.
- Expérience en optimisation des processus et des coûts de main-d’œuvre.
- Connaissance des technologies d’automatisation, notamment des systèmes GTP et des trieurs.
Qualifications Préférées
- Compréhension des systèmes AMR (Automated Mobile Robots).
- Compétences en analyse de données, en gestion de projet et en gestion des parties prenantes.

- The candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying medium to large scale automation solutions across fulfilment centers, return centers, replenishment centers and hubs.
- As a project owner, the candidate will be required to work closely with and manage multiple stakeholders such as project managers, product managers, procurement leads, Operations leads, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities with our network, select the right automation solution, and conduct an ROI review.
Creating high level project plan and cost estimates for projects. * Identify new tech development requirements and work with the product team and the vendor for the development and deployment of the same.
- Collect requirements from the Operations team, EHS team, and site maintenance team and manage their expectations.
- Develop project acceptance documents and support procurement and legal teams on vendor contracts.
- Conduct UAT and review project reliability before handing over the solution to the operations team.
- Develop and manage automation vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Automation Design.
- E-commerce experience is a must.
- In-depth understanding of FC processes, operations, and systems.
- Experience in process optimization and labor cost optimization projects.
- Exposure to automation technologies such as GTP systems and sorters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the AMR system.
- Proficient in data analysis, project management skills, and stakeholder management.
