Description du Poste
Le poste de **Business Analyst** au sein du **International Trade Group (ITG)** est essentiel pour assurer une conformité efficace avec les réglementations commerciales internationales. Ce groupe est chargé de garantir que des millions d’articles puissent traverser les frontières sans entrave, tout en respectant la législation en matière de commerce.
Responsabilités
Les responsabilités principales incluent :
- Développer des solutions liées aux processus d’affaires pour l’ITG, notamment dans les domaines des contrôles à l’exportation, des sanctions et des douanes.
- Définir les besoins, élaborer des stratégies et planifier la livraison des projets pour améliorer l’efficacité des processus internes.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour analyser les besoins commerciaux et concevoir des flux de processus.
- Valider la faisabilité des idées, comprendre les attentes et évaluer la valeur ajoutée des solutions proposées.
- Participer aux tests de validation des processus métiers et fournir des conseils techniques concernant les normes de l’industrie.
- Établir des indicateurs de performance clés pour monitorer les progrès réalisés et renforcer la transparence au sein de l’organisation.
- Favoriser des relations constructives avec des partenaires commerciaux et contribuer à une dynamique d’équipe positive.
Qualifications Requises
Minimales :
- 5+ années d’expérience pertinente en commerce international et en gestion de projets.
- Niveau d’anglais avancé.
- Permis de travail restreint pour le Costa Rica.
Préférées :
- Expérience dans la conception de solutions pour le commerce mondial dans le secteur de la fabrication de semi-conducteurs.
- Compétence avérée en SAP Global Trade Services, particulièrement pour l’édition HANA.
- Connaissances des méthodologies de développement agile et waterfall.
- Certifications en conformité douanière (par exemple, courtier en douane certifié).

To support the IDM 2.0- strategy, Intel is embarking on a transformative ERP project.
To support this critical initiative, the International Trade Group is seeking three dynamic and driven business analysts with deep expertise in ERP systems with experience in trade compliance such as export controls, sanctions and customs.
At Intel, the International Trade Group (ITG) is responsible for ensuring that Intel can seamlessly transfer millions of items across borders in compliance with trade regulations.
The systems infrastructure of this team is highly complex and critical to Intel’s operational success.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:– Drives the development of business processes-related solutions for ITG across export controls, sanctions and customs.
– Defines needs, determines the strategy and plans for delivery of the project which modifies or creates a new internal process or function for efficiency and effectiveness.
– Analyzes business needs and designs business process flows in collaboration with the stakeholders, participating in areas such as, but not limited to documentation of business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
– Validates feasibility of an idea, understands expectations from the solution, conducts design due diligence and evaluates business value and risks based on solution expertise.
– Drives end-to-end business process testing, validation and sign-off for complex implementations and provides technical advice on industry standards, design, functionality, user interface specifications and configuration parameters related to supporting technologies and services.
– Participates in training/adoption, business process change monitoring/management and reporting/ analytics activities.
– Establishes key performance indicators to evaluate progress, scorecards and dashboards in alignment with the business plans and objectives.
– Express concepts and data concisely verbally and in writing.
– Build/foster relationships with business partners and collaboration through influencing and negotiation skills Attention to detail, exceptional analytics skills, and willingness to go depth in understanding supply chain processes/tools.
– Willingness to work in a diverse and dynamic team, cross-functional with interpersonal, people, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate on the best solutions and strategize actions to solve problems and be a positive influence on the team.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:– 5+ years of relevant International Trade experience, business analyst, project management and/or ramp management
– Advanced English level
– Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
**Preferred Qualifications**:– Designing and deploying solutions for Global Trade in semiconductor manufacturing
– Strong experience with SAP Global Trade Services, particularly edition for HANA
– Exposure to S/4 HANA, S/4 MDG
– High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions
– Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies
– Experience with creating business process flows/SIPOCs
– Knowledge of Lean principles (Lean/Six Sigma Certifications a plus)
