En tant que CRM Automation Manager, votre rôle clé consistera à assurer l’architecture et l’optimisation des systèmes CRM tels que Braze ou HubSpot, jouant un rôle déterminant dans les stratégies d’engagement client.
Responsabilités Principales
- Scaling de la Plateforme CRM : Optimiser les environnements B2C et B2B pour une livraison efficace des campagnes, création de landing pages, et mise en place d’une infrastructure de contenu évolutive.
- Intégration de l’IA et Personnalisation : Promouvoir l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle pour des tâches de génération de contenu et de segmentation, ainsi que l’implémentation de logiques de personnalisation avancée.
- Optimisation des Flux de Travail : Concevoir des workflows CRM efficaces et développer des outils internes pour améliorer l’autonomie des équipes.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Expertise en Automatisation CRM : Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en opérations CRM ou technologie marketing, avec une connaissance approfondie de Braze et HubSpot.
- Compétences en IA et Personnalisation : Expérience dans la création de prompts AI efficaces pour le CRM et compréhension des logiques de personnalisation basées sur des tokens.
- Acuité Technique : Maîtrise de SQL pour le ciblage et le reporting, et aisance avec Python pour le traitement des données.
- Esprit Stratégique et Analytique : Capacité avérée à établir des systèmes CRM performants et à collaborer avec divers intervenants.

Scale our B2C or B2B (we are currently using Braze/HubSpot) environments, ensuring robust campaign delivery, landing page creation, and scalable content infrastructure.AI & Personalization Integration. Drive the adoption of AI across CRM for tasks like content generation and segmentation, and implement advanced token-based personalization (e.g. Liquid or hubspot tokens).Workflow & Tool Optimization. Design efficient cross-functional CRM workflows and build/prototype internal tools (scripts, automations) to enhance team autonomy and speed-to-market.Your ideal profile:CRM Automation Expertise. With 4+ years in CRM operations or marketing technology (ideally tech/fintech/growth stage), you bring deep, hands-on, architect-level experience with Braze and HubSpot.AI & Personalization Proficiency. You have experience crafting effective AI prompts for CRM use cases and solid knowledge of token-based personalization logic (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars).Technical Acumen. You are proficient in SQL for complex targeting, segmentation, and reporting, and comfortable using Python for data wrangling or automation.Strategic & Analytical Mindset.
