With a collaborative culture and a commitment to professional growth, our Lisbon-based team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled D365 CRM Solution Architect to join us.Role Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and developers to architect scalable and efficient CRM solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of D365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs.Define solution architectures, data models, integration patterns, and security models.Guide and support functional consultants and developers throughout the project lifecycle.Contribute to presales activities, including proposals, solution presentations, and effort estimations.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Dataverse.Solid understanding of integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs).Experience with solution customization, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, C#, plugins).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform are a plus.Fluent in Portuguese
