Terma recherche un **Senior Manager** passionné, alliant expertise technique et compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles. Le candidat idéal sera chargé de diriger une équipe de développement IT composée de neuf talents, dans un environnement axé sur l’excellence de la livraison et l’amélioration continue.
Responsabilités Clés
- Direction de l’équipe : Assurer la gestion et le mentorat de l’équipe, tout en favorisant l’engagement et la performance.

- Compétences et besoins : Identifier et sécuriser les compétences nécessaires pour soutenir les besoins futurs de l’entreprise.
- Livraison efficace : Gérer les estimations, les plannings et les budgets pour garantir une livraison dans les temps et en respectant les coûts.

Profil Recherché

- Lead and manage a team of approx. 9 employees, providing direction, mentorship and supporting their growth, engagement, and delivery performance

- Be delivery oriented and have responsibility for estimates, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

- Knowledge from IT operations is an advantage but not a requirement
