Mission du Poste
Votre mission : Le rôle principal consiste à gérer des dossiers de compensation pour des passagers ayant rencontré des problèmes tels que des retards ou des annulations de vols. Les responsables seront amenés à effectuer diverses tâches, notamment :
- Évaluation et traitement des demandes de compensation des clients
- Préparation des dossiers pour les tribunaux scandinaves (formation fournie)
- Vérification des documents et des données clients
- Service client écrit via email et réseaux sociaux
- Tâches ad hoc et contribution à l’optimisation des processus
Profil Recherché
Votre profil : Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal se caractérisera par :
- Un sens aigu du service et une volonté d’aider les autres
- Une approche structurée et un souci du détail
- Une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement numérique
- Une aisance en danois et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Une expérience en service client ou en travail administratif est un atout, mais pas une exigence
- Une intention de s’engager sur le long terme au sein de l’équipe

You’ll become part of a young and dedicated team in a company that works to ensure that air passengers receive the compensation they are entitled to.You don’t need a specific educational background or legal experience – the most important thing is that you’re eager to learn, take responsibility, and provide great service. We’ll make sure you receive thorough training.Your missionYou will work on handling individual flight compensation cases and helping our customers get their rightful compensation when, for example, their flight has been delayed or canceled.
