Le poste d’Ingénieur Logiciel implique de travailler sur des initiatives centrées sur le client, en développant une plateforme de données évoluée. Cette plateforme vise à faciliter l’accès aux données dispersées parmi différents systèmes, dans le but de les convertir en valeur ajoutée. Le candidat jouera un rôle clé dans le développement de composants qui soutiennent les ingénieurs de données et l’ajout de fonctionnalités nouvelles.
Tâches et Responsabilités
- *Développer des outils internes et contribuer à des projets open source lorsque cela est possible.*
- *Travailler sur des projets variés pour améliorer les logiciels existants ou construire de nouvelles solutions en collaboration avec l’équipe.*
- *Nourrir les membres moins expérimentés de l’équipe en révisant le design et en assignant des tâches.*
- *Collaborer avec la direction pour prioriser le backlog.*
Technologies et Compétences Requises
Stack Technologique :
- Langages : Java, Python, Golang, Rust
- Technologies : Kubernetes Operators, Kafka, Iceberg, Trino, RisingWave, SQLMesh, LLM, etc.
*L’Ingénieur Logiciel idéal devrait avoir une formation en informatique et une expérience de développement logiciel servant d’autres développeurs. Une compréhension des compromis nécessaires entre la livraison de produits et la maintenabilité du code est cruciale.*
Profil Recherché
Nous cherchons une personne curieuse, désireuse d’apprendre de nouvelles technologies et qui propose des améliorations sur la stack actuelle. Une expérience avec des contributions à des projets open source est un plus. *La capacité à travailler de manière autonome, tout en communiquant efficacement avec les autres membres de l’équipe, est essentielle.*

We are now taking this experience to the next level and expanding our activities to many different customer-centric initiatives. As data from the customer touchpoints is scattered in a series of different systems, we are building a data platform to obtain easy, purpose-driven, and compliant access to data.In your role as a Software Engineer, you will focus on developing components that support the Data Engineers in their work or provide new features. The development will be a combination of working on internal tools and contributing to open source when possible. Our data platform is based on Kafka, and most development will be streaming-related.As a Software Engineer, you will be exposed to many different small projects – some include improving and adding features to existing software, while others require you to build something ground up together with team members. As an expert in the team, you are expected to nurture less experienced colleagues by reviewing design, assigning tasks, and so on. You will work closely with management to prioritize the backlog.Our tech stack is always growing, as the platform expands, but currently the most important ones are:

The code you write is clean and well-designed. Experience in the languages and technologies mentioned earlier is good, but not required. However, we expect you to be curious about learning new technologies and propose improvements to our current stack where you see fit.As a developer, you are very comfortable being handed a problem and deciding whether to delegate to team members or solve it yourself. You value the opinions of your colleagues and users. The compromise between shipping products and making the code documented and maintainable is something you understand how to balance.The teams you will be working with as a Software Engineer are scattered across many countries, so communicating online in English, both verbally and in writing, is not an issue for you.
