Ce poste s’inscrit dans un environnement de travail hybride où le Data Analyst collaborera avec des transcripteurs et des éditeurs pour produire des transcriptions de haute qualité des appels aux résultats des entreprises, des présentations de conférences, ainsi que d’autres événements financiers. L’objectif principal est de répondre et de dépasser les normes de qualité et de rapidité établies par l’entreprise.
L’Équipe
Intégré à une équipe dynamique de plus de 250 professionnels répartis à l’échelle mondiale, le candidat bénéficiera d’opportunités d’apprentissage significatives dans un milieu de travail collaboratif. L’équipe se consacre à transcrire des appels de conférences et à fournir des informations essentielles aux clients en temps réel.
Responsabilités Principales
- Le candidat sera chargé de produire des transcriptions de qualité publication avec une rapidité et une précision exceptionnelles, en utilisant des technologies avancées de reconnaissance vocale.
- Il devra coordonner ses efforts avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour garantir la production d’outputs cohérents et conformes aux lignes directrices de qualité.
- La tâche inclut également la collecte d’informations commerciales pertinentes pour les besoins de S&P Global.
Compétences Recherchées
Qualifications de Base :
- Compétences en dactylographie, avec une vitesse minimum de 50 mots par minute.
- Excellentes compétences en écriture et en écoute en anglais.
- Capacité à travailler de manière multitâche tout en maintenant une concentration élevée.
- Diplôme de Bachelor/Collège requis.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire de transcription.
- Connaissance des marchés financiers et du vocabulaire organisationnel.
- Compréhension générale des affaires d’actualité est un atout pour éditer les transcriptions avec précision.

Le poste est principalement de type matin, mais le candidat devra faire preuve de flexibilité pour accueillir des shifts en soirée selon les besoins des affaires.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 07The Role: Working in an extraordinary hybrid team of Scopists and Editors, you will strive to craft transcripts of corporate earnings calls, company conference presentations, shareholder meetings, merger/acquisition announcements and investor days that meets or exceeds our quality and timeliness benchmarks.The Team: You are going to be working with a team that transcribes financial-related conference calls and assist in gathering business information and deliver real-time essential data to clients. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of 250+ counterparts in global locations with countless opportunities to learn transferable skills & knowledge.Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this role essentially lies in building publication-quality transcripts with high speed, multi-speakers and calls involving specialized terminology. In addition to transcriptions, the team will assist in the collection of other Business Information – private company profiles.
- Each role is dependent on the other and should be coordinated precisely with the other team members in production of output
- You might be required to perform in either the role of a Scopist or Editor using real-time automated speech recognition technology and computer-aided transcription software to produce final output within set guidelines
- You may be asked to proof and/or edit work performed by other Editors or Scopists in order to meet quality control guidelines
- You will be collaborating with peers and Team Leaders to continuously improve the Transcriptions workflow process
- You shall be gathering relevant business information as required by S&P Global
What We’re Looking For:Basic Qualifications:
- A ‘Touch-typist’ with typing speed of 50 words per minute and above (please check your typing speed at
and mention in your application/resume) * Excellent writing and listening skills in English
- Excellent hand-eye and auditory coordination along with the ability to multitask
- Ability to concentrate, focus and deliver consistently in time in an energizing environment
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree is preferable (no studies in progress)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience of working in a Transcriptions team is preferable
- Familiarity with financial markets and business organizational vocabulary is an asset
- General knowledge/know-how of current affairs will definitely help in editing transcripts with context, leading to greater accuracy and precision
