Le consultant sera chargé de définir, construire et optimiser des solutions CRM et de données clients, contribuant ainsi à la génération de leads, à l’augmentation des ventes, à l’amélioration du service client et à la fidélisation de la clientèle.

Profil Recherché

Columbia Road est à la recherche de jeunes diplômés curieux et motivés, désireux de développer des solutions CRM qui permettent aux entreprises de mieux comprendre et connecter avec leurs clients. Les candidats doivent posséder une réflexion analytique et un intérêt pour les technologies CRM ainsi que pour les processus de marketing et de vente fondés sur les données.

Compétences et Expériences Requises :

  • Diplôme récent ou en cours d’obtention
  • Capacité à travailler avec des données
  • Intérêt pour les technologies CRM et compréhension de leurs composants techniques
  • Esprit d’équipe et motivation pour résoudre des problèmes concrets avec les clients
  • Maîtrise professionnelle du finlandais et de l’anglais

Expérience Pratique Souhaitée :

  • Utilisation d’outils CRM tels que Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ou HubSpot
  • Analyse de données clients issues de plateformes de données clients ou d’automatisation marketing

Atouts Complémentaires :

  • Connaissance des plateformes d’automatisation marketing
  • Expériences en développement de cas d’utilisation alimentés par l’IA
  • Compétences en développement web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Expérience en développement des ventes ou en intelligence de marché

  • You have graduated in the past couple of years or are graduating in the near future

  • You are interested in CRM technologies and understanding their technical components and capabilities
  • You enjoy working with people and are motivated by solving real problems together with clients
  • Past experience in consulting or digital sales is valuable, but not necessary
  • Languages: professional proficiency in Finnish and English

Required hands-on experience:

  • Working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • Using customer data from systems like Customer Data Platforms, marketing automation platforms, or customer service tools to generate insights or improve customer experience

Hands-on experience in the following is considered a bonus, but not required:

  • Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Hubspot)
  • Experience in building AI powered use cases beyond prompting, and as a result acquired understanding of AI applications
  • Development skills, e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL etc.
  • Sales development or sales experience
  • Data analytics and business intelligence
