ASML, un leader dans le domaine des technologies d’imagerie et de fabrication dans le secteur des semi-conducteurs, recherche un Responsable d’Équipe en Assurance Qualité Logicielle. Ce poste est destiné à un candidat passionné par le monitoring des processus d’ingénierie logicielle afin d’assurer une qualité optimale.
Rôle et responsabilités
Les principales responsabilités incluent la gestion de systèmes de soutien « SBI ou MBI » ainsi que du code de détection « D2D et D2DB » à Taïwan. Le candidat sera chargé de tester la qualité des systèmes d’assurance, de participer aux revues de spécifications techniques et de code, et de créer et exécuter des plans de test. Des compétences en collaboration inter-équipes seront essentielles, avec un accent particulier sur la communication efficace avec divers départements.
Exigences Éducatives et Expériences
Pour ce poste, il est attendu que le candidat possède un Master pertinent dans des domaines tels que l’ingénierie logicielle ou l’ingénierie des systèmes. Une expérience préalable est requise dans les domaines suivants :
- Tests logiciels et gestion de versions.
- Compétences en codage, idéalement en Python et C#.
- Familiarité avec l’environnement Windows et les opérations Linux.
- Connaissance de l’outil de fabrication et du processus de fabrication des semi-conducteurs.
Une expérience en support client et capacité à interagir directement avec les utilisateurs pour résoudre des problèmes sont également des atouts souhaitables.

Response for Sustaining System / DetectionCode SW Quality testing / releasing / Job management.Join RD Feature review meetings, review engineering specifications, design documents and provide feedback; Participate in code / new feature design reviewing(C#);Create, execute and update test plans that may include functional, system level tests and tooling, integration and regression tests; Set up correct test environment;Work with software developers to address software defects/issues in a timely manner;Perform software code and release management, working on release notes and other support documents, including code compilation and software packaging for release/patch installations; Prepare documents for test environment setup guide and other necessary user manuals;Work with field engineer to verify and reproduce the issue reported from customer site;Collaborate and Communicate with other departments/teams.Manage Project ticket assignment / testing schedule / test status / Bug Status / Release Job.Education and experienceA relevant Master in software engineering, computer science and Information Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Applied Mathematics;Experience in performing software build, software testing, releasing, documentation (Test Plan/Test Report/Release Note) and familiar with coding in Python and understanding C# to support RD.Familiar with Window environment operation or Linux command / Linux Environment Setup / Linux Kernel Buildup knowledge.Experience with semiconductor tools, knowledge in semiconductor processing and device fabrication experience, understanding semiconductor flow in the industry is plus.Experience on customer support/service especially using knowledge of software for semiconductor or electronic devices industry is plus.Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance in production tools, direct experience work with customer, and being able to address issues and deliver customers’ needs in order to ensure software quality is plus.Experience in writing automation testing cases, and performing software deliver or installation.Collaborate with other departments / teams, people and communication skills are required. Able to write clear documentation (Test Plan/Test Report/Release Note), create clear SOP and deliver to other people.Experience in Leading cross Project experience (3~5 years) and cross Team Communication ability (English / Chinese)Interest in Leading Team or have People leading (3~5 People) experience.Experience in working in SQA Experience (5~ 7 years) and working in Coding Experience (1~2 years).SkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that.
