Odyssey Social Care recherche un **Deputy Manager** énergique pour rejoindre son équipe de soins résidentiels. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du soutien et des soins apportés aux jeunes qui résident dans la maison, en visant des changements positifs chaque jour. Cette position implique une collaboration étroite avec le Social Care Manager et la gestion de la maison en l’absence de celui-ci.

Critères requis et expérience
Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Qualification de **niveau 7** en soins sociaux ou domaine connexe, validée par CORU
- Un **permis de conduire** manuelle, valide en Irlande
- Une expérience dans la gestion de **comportements difficiles** chez les adolescents
- Connaissance de l’**intervention en cas de crise thérapeutique**
- Minimum de **3 ans d’expérience** à un poste de soin social avec des enfants ou adolescents
Critères souhaités
Des qualifications supplémentaires, telles qu’un diplôme de **niveau 8** en psychologie, ainsi qu’une forte capacité de communication, tant écrite que verbale, seront considérées comme des atouts.
