Responsabilités et Tâches Clés

Le Deputy Project Manager jouera un rôle crucial dans la gestion de projets pour le GEFF Türkiye, en rapportant directement au Project Manager. Les responsabilités seront multiples :

• Coordination et Engagement des Parties Prenantes :
  Harmoniser et faciliter la communication entre les acteurs essentiels tels que l’EBRD, les Institutions Financières Participantes, ainsi que les municipalités et les ONG.

• Planification et Suivi des Activités :
  Aider le Project Manager à planifier et à surveiller les activités du programme tout en évaluant régulièrement les progrès.

• Assurance Qualité :
  Garantir que les normes d’Assurance Qualité (QA) et de Contrôle Qualité (QC) soient respectées, en proposant des actions correctrices si nécessaire.

• Système d’Information de Gestion :
  Collaborer avec le Project Manager pour gérer le système d’information, assurant la précision et la sécurité des données.

• Soutien Marketing :
  Travailler avec le Lead Marketing Expert pour promouvoir le programme GEFF et ses offres.

• Consistance Financière :
  Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des experts financiers pour maintenir des standards cohérents avec les banques partenaires.

• Surveillance Technique :
  Coopérer avec le Chief Engineer pour assurer la qualité technique des livrables du projet.

• Reporting :
  Préparer des rapports pour l’EBRD en collaboration avec le Project Manager.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent avoir :

• Un diplôme en ingénierie, finance, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Une expérience prouvée dans la coordination de projets, idéalement dans des programmes de développement de grande envergure.
• Une familiarité avec le travail auprès d’organisations financières internationales, de municipalités, et d’ONG.
• Des compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles solides.
• Une maîtrise des systèmes d’information et la capacité à produire des rapports détaillés.
• La capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes simultanément.
• Une fluidité en turc et en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
• Une connaissance des pratiques de financement environnemental et des programmes GEFF constitue un atout.

📝 Description du poste : Job description:Requisition Number: 23425BRDescription:We are looking to hire a DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER for our office located in Istanbul, Türkiye.This is an exciting role that needs the right mix of professionalism, maturity, and experience. This is a crucial position that provides first-rate Administration and Accounting support both internally and externally. The right candidate will be someone with a good deal of experience in an international organization, comfortable with the unique demands of working with both local and international clients and colleagues. We’re looking for a role holder who needs no encouragement to be a proactive contributor of ideas, best practice suggestions, and of course first-class work.We are now looking for a Deputy Local Project Manager for GEFF Türkiye who will report to both the Project Manager of the Facility.Key Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:Harmonize, facilitate and coordinate activities and communication between key stakeholders in the market, including EBRD, Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs), municipalities, suppliers, NGOs, governmental bodies, and final beneficiaries.Act as a central point of contact for internal sub-teams (Financial, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of efforts. * Activity Planning and Monitoring:Support the Project Manager in planning programme activities and ensuring they remain on schedule.Regularly assess progress and identify potential risks, recommending precautionary measures to the Project Manager as needed. * Quality Assurance:Ensure that Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards are consistently met throughout the programme.Proactively suggest actions to address any gaps in quality or performance. * Management Information System:

• Manage the Facilitys Management Information System (MIS) in collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
• Marketing Support:

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Lead Marketing Expert to effectively market the GEFF programme and its offerings.
• Financial Consistency:

• Collaborate with Financial Experts to maintain consistency in approach and standards with all banks and leasing companies participating in the programme.
• Technical Oversight:

Cooperate with the Chief Engineer to ensure quality control of technical deliverables.Backstop the Chief Engineer for technical activities within the project as required. * Reporting:

• Prepare all necessary reports for the EBRD in close collaboration with the Project Manager.

Qualifications:Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Masters degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field.Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within large-scale development programmes.Familiarity with working alongside international financial institutions, municipalities, suppliers, and NGOs.Strong organizational and facilitation skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Proficiency in managing information systems and preparing detailed reports.Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment of activities.Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is required.Familiarity with environmental finance, sustainability practices, and GEFF programmes is an asset.#LI-TurkeyAbout Stantec:We’re active members of the communities we serve.
