Nous recrutons un Devops Architect / Expert hautement qualifié pour notre équipe Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Le candidat retenu sera chargé de concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer des solutions basées sur le cloud, garantissant la fiabilité, la scalabilité et la performance de nos systèmes. Ce rôle exige une compréhension approfondie de l’architecture cloud et la capacité de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
Responsabilités Clées
- Implémentation d’architectures cloud : Créer des infrastructures fiables et sécurisées.
- Développement et maintenance : Suivre les meilleures pratiques pour assurer la robustesse.
- Collaboration : Assurer l’alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux et la stabilité des services.
- Surveillance et optimisation : Évaluer continuellement la performance cloud.
- Mises à jour technologiques : Rester informé des tendances du cloud.
- Audits réguliers : Garantir la conformité aux politiques de sécurité.
- Dépannage : Résoudre rapidement les problèmes liés au cloud.
Compétences Requises
- Compréhension des principes : Architecture logicielle et infrastructure cloud.
- Expérience : Gérer et optimiser des environnements cloud.
- Compétences analytiques : Résoudre efficacement des problèmes.
- Communication : Collaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe.
- Indépendance : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Plateformes cloud : Pratique avec AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud.
- Infrastructure as Code : Compétences avec des outils comme Terraform.
- Réseau TCP/IP : Connaissance approfondie requise.
- Administration Linux : Compétences solides nécessaires.
- Outils de surveillance : Connaissance de Prometheus et de la Stack ELK.
- Containerisation : Expérience avec Docker et Kubernetes.
- Sécurité : Compréhension de la gestion des identités dans le cloud.
Certifications préférées : Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Foundation.
Qualifications
- Expérience : Minimum de 7 ans dans un rôle Devops/SRE similaire.
- Formation : Diplôme de Master en Informatique, Technologie de l’Information ou domaine connexe.
- Succès : Un bilan prouvé dans la livraison de solutions basées sur le cloud.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions that ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the reliability of our services.Key Responsibilities:
- Implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architectures that ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using best practices and industry standards, with a focus on site reliability engineering principles.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure cloud solutions are aligned with business objectives and contribute to the overall stability of our services.
- Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security to maintain high availability and robustness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and continuously improve the scalability and efficiency of our systems.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of cloud environments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, and proactively address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on service quality.
Key Skills:
- Good understanding of software architecture and cloud infrastructure principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing, managing and optimizing cloud environments.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Strong Linux administration knowledge
- Good knowledge of Prometheus and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and logging.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of security and identity management in cloud environments.
- Certificates like: Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Foundation are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Devops/SRE engineer or a similar role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining cloud-based solutions.
