Titre du poste : DevOps Engineer & Azure Expert for Mobile Device Management
Le rôle au sein de DHL IT Services est centré sur l’architecture des systèmes IT, principalement axé sur les infrastructures cloud. Le candidat retenu aura pour mission d’améliorer la gestion des appareils mobiles et de contribuer activement à la transformation numérique de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités principales
- Établir des règles et meilleures pratiques pour l’exploitation de la plateforme MDM dans un environnement Azure, y compris l’Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions de surveillance et d’alerte hautement automatisées.
- Exploiter des méthodes CI/CD pour le développement d’outils MDM.
Technologies et compétences requises
Le candidat idéal devra posséder :
- Un diplôme en Informatique ou en technologie liée.
- Une compréhension approfondie des infrastructures cloud et des défis associés.
- Une expertise en outils d’IaC, comme Terraform.
- De l’expérience avec des outils de surveillance (ex. Azure Monitor, Grafana).
- Des compétences en réseautage et en programmation.
- Certifications Azure (ex : Azure Administrator Associate) sont un plus.
- Une connaissance de SOTI MobiControl et Microsoft SQL Server serait avantageuse.
- Des compétences en allemand seraient bénéfiques.

The number of clients, devices and device types is constantly increasing. At the heart of our platform is the standard product SOTI MobiControl, which is extensively customized and expanded by our team. We develop specialized components for automated software distribution and interfaces to adjacent systems. This year, our systems are going to be migrated onto the Azure platform.As our DevOps Engineer & Azure Expert you will be part of our distributed team, having the following key responsibilities:1. Establish rules, routines and best practices to operate our MDM platform in an Azure environment, incl. IaC.2. Design and implement highly automated monitoring and alerting solutions from scratch.3. Leverage CI/CD for our MDM tool development.Our tech stack includes Windows and Linux environments, SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases and the standard development tools on the market. - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructures, related challenges and solutions.
- Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana) and implementing automated alerting systems.
- Fundamental knowledge about network infrastructures.
- Solid, expandable programming skills.
- Azure Administrator Associate or similar Azure certifications are a plus.
