Titre du poste : Analyste Business Digital Senior
Le rôle proposé s’inscrit dans une démarche de transformation digitale, destinée à optimiser les produits numériques et à faciliter l’interaction avec les clients. En tant que membre clé d’une équipe multiculturelle, vous serez chargé d’analyser et d’améliorer les processus d’affaires, utilisant des compétences analytiques pour identifier les tendances et garantir une intégration réussie des solutions digitales.
Responsabilités Principales
- Analyse des Processus : Évaluer les processus commerciaux existants pour en identifier les points d’amélioration et les gains d’efficacité.
- Collaboration Interdépartementale : Travailler avec différentes équipes pour recueillir les exigences métier et les traduire en nouveaux processus.
- Conception et Mise en Œuvre : Développer des flux de travail et des processus d’affaires pour soutenir les initiatives numériques.
- Analyse de Données : Réaliser des analyses approfondies pour déterminer des problématiques qui peuvent influencer la satisfaction client.
- Intégration Technique : Travailler main dans la main avec les équipes informatiques pour assurer une intégration fluide des solutions digitales.
- Gestion de Projets : Coordonner de petits projets autour du développement de fonctionnalités en collaboration avec les équipes réglementaires.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Diplôme : Un bachelor ou un master en Administration des affaires, Finance, Informatique ou domaine similaire, avec une expérience de plus de 3 ans dans le développement de produits numériques.
- Compréhension Technique : Notions en architectures de microservices et compréhension basique de SAP.
- Aptitudes Analytiques : Capacité à visualiser des informations complexes pour une audience variée.
- Expérience Agile : Antécédents dans des équipes de développement de logiciels agiles.
- Esprit d’Initiative : Capacité à faire preuve d’autonomie tout en collaborant efficacement à l’échelle internationale.

If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.Main purposeTo focus and drive digital transformation by contributing to making our digital products more operationally efficient and enhance ease of doing business to our customers. Be a flexible resource to move forward key strategic programs and projects by analyzing information, detailing out processes and taking down requirements, while operating in a multicultural, cross-functional team setting where this role is key to capture the value.Main responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them to new processes for the business and / or our IT ecosystem.
- Design, implement, and maintain workflows, and business processes to support digital initiatives.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact for instance order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Be at the center of core programs and projects capturing, visualizing and analyzing the core scope of these activities by engaging with stakeholders across the board and having a key set of analytical skills.
- Lead small projects or initiatives on feature and product development to success together with the teams surrounding you
Our requirements
- A bachelor/master’s degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Finance, Computer science or related field with 3+ years of experience in digital product development.
- Understanding of microservice architectures and basic understanding of SAP
- Intellectual strength in planning, strategy, analysis and problem solving.
- Experience in visualizing complex information to be shared with a broader audience
- Working experience in agile software development teams.
- A self-starter who can persevere if necessary
- Easy connecter and likes to collaborate with colleagues worldwide
- Proactive and curious mindset.
