En intégrant l’équipe Source to Contract Excellence dans la division Corporate Procurement, le candidat sélectionné jouera un rôle clé dans l’évolution des pratiques d’e-sourcing au sein de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités Clés
Le/la titulaire du poste aura pour mission :
- **Partenariat commercial** avec les collègues de l’approvisionnement pour garantir une synergie entre les besoins commerciaux et les opportunités numériques.
- **Amélioration des processus** : identifier et adresser les problèmes de sourcing, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces.
- **Gestion du changement** : favoriser l’adoption des technologies d’e-sourcing.
- **Innovation** : apporter des contributions actives à l’élaboration des processus d’e-sourcing’avenir.
Qualifications Requises
Les candidats doivent disposer des qualifications suivantes :
- **Formation** : Diplôme de master pertinent en optimisation des processus, digitalisation ou administration des affaires.
- **Expertise** : Maîtrise des outils avancés d’e-sourcing, notamment Coupa CSO.
- **Expérience** : Solide expérience en digitalisation des processus d’approvisionnement.
- **Compétences analytiques** : Capacité à utiliser les données pour formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
- **Compétences interpersonnelles** : Motivation à collaborer et à conduire des changements en communiquant efficacement à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

- Business partnering to the organisation to ensure a close link between business needs and digital opportunities to drive world class sourcing.
- Driving digitalisation and process improvement, with a focus on identifying and addressing sourcing issues and opportunities, as well as designing and implementing effective solutions that bring value to the category management colleagues
- Change management activities to drive utilisation and adoption of digital sourcing technology
- Provide input to and take active responsibility to drive future innovation of our digital sourcing process
You will be based in Bagsværd, Denmark. Limited travel activities are expected.Qualifications
- A relevant master’s background related to process optimisation, digitalisation, business administration, IT administration or similar.
- Deep knowledge of Coupa CSO or other advanced eSourcing tools, will be a requirement.
- Extensive experience driving digital sourcing and process optimisation across multiple categories.
- Experienced in using data to drive recommendations to achieve desired results.
- Well versed in advanced sourcing technologies and strategies.
