Description du Poste
Rôle et Responsabilités :
Le Directeur des Opérations de Fabrication aura un rôle crucial au sein de l’entreprise. Ses principales responsabilités incluent :

Exécution de la stratégie opérationnelle : Assurer une capacité optimale à long terme et une performance de classe mondiale.

Culture de la sécurité : Installer une culture d’excellence en matière de sécurité et assurer le respect des normes légales et environnementales.

Gestion des performances : Leader l’équipe des opérations APS pour atteindre des métriques de performance annuelle liées à la sécurité, qualité, production et engagements financiers.

Développement d’équipe : Former et gérer une équipe de leadership des opérations hautement performante pour garantir des améliorations continues dans divers domaines clés.

Collaboration inter-fonctionnelle : Travailler de manière efficace et collaborative avec d’autres départements pour assurer la satisfaction client et les résultats financiers.

Systèmes avancés de fabrication : Gérer la transition vers de nouveaux produits et superviser les processus automatisés pour garantir la qualité des produits.
- Méthodologies d’amélioration continue : Promouvoir l’excellence opérationnelle en utilisant des outils Lean et Six Sigma.
Profil Recherché :
Le candidat idéal devra répondre aux critères suivants :

Formation : Diplôme en ingénierie ou en gestion des opérations, un diplôme avancé en affaires étant un plus.

Expérience : Plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de fabrication, avec responsabilité croissante ; une expérience internationale serait appréciée.

Compétence opérationnelle : Expertise dans la gestion d’organisations de fabrication à grande échelle, avec une expérience dans le secteur des semi-conducteurs.

Leadership collaboratif : Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle et à solliciter des contributions de différentes équipes.

Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du mandarin, avec des compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Expérience en gestion de projets : Avoir dirigé des investissements pour l’expansion de la capacité.
- Certifications préférées : Lean Six Sigma.

This role will lead operations, quality, maintenance, process engineering and supply chain team, under Advanced Purity Solutions (APS) Division. This key role offers an extraordinary opportunity to help build and grow our manufacturing capabilities in Taiwan. The ideal candidate for this highly visible position will have demonstrated expertise leading a fast paced, complex manufacturing organization, supporting the worlds most advanced global industries, with superior quality and supply expectations. This role will be located in the Kaohsiung Science Park (KSP), Taiwan.In this role you will:Execute operational strategy, ensuring long term optimal capacity and world class performanceCultivate a culture of commitment to safety excellence, while ensuring responsible and disciplined operations within the plant, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental safety standardsLead APS operations team to deliver key annual performance metrics and initiatives to meet safety, quality, throughput, delivery and financial commitmentsManage and develop a high performing operations leadership team.
