Le Directeur des Finances joue un rôle clé en tant que leader stratégique au sein de la propriété. Sa mission est de développer et d’implémenter des stratégies financières à l’échelle de l’établissement, visant à répondre et dépasser les attentes tant des clients que des employés. Ce poste implique de fournir une expertise financière pour garantir le succès des stratégies de service et maximiser le retour sur investissement.

Profil du Candidat

Formation et Expérience :

  • Diplôme de Bachelor en Finance ou Comptabilité ou domaine similaire avec 3 ans d’expérience dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Ou Master en Finance ou Comptabilité ou domaine similaire, avec 1 an d’expérience dans un domaine pertinent.

Activités Principales

Planification Stratégique et Prise de Décision :

  • Développer des systèmes pour améliorer les profits, y compris l’évaluation des coûts et bénéfices.
  • Analyser les prévisions de ventes et créer des plans budgétaires annuels.
  • Identifier les différences entre les salaires budgétés et ceux réalisés pour affiner la planification budgétaire.

Leadership des Équipes Financières :

  • Utiliser des compétences interpersonnelles pour encourager une prise de décision financière responsable.
  • Assurer un environnement de contrôle financier rigoureux pour protéger les actifs et améliorer la rentabilité.

Anticipation des Besoins des Parties Prenantes :

  • Comprendre et répondre aux besoins des propriétaires, clients et équipes de direction.

The position champions, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees. The position provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment. In addition, creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand’s business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and Experience

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.

  • Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities, etc.
  • Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans.
  • Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales.
  • Analyzes differences between actual budget wages and forecasted wages for more efficient budget planning.
  • Identifies the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
  • Thinks creatively and practically to develop, execute and implement new business plans
  • Creates the annual operating budget for the property.
  • Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost saving and productivity opportunities for property managers.

  • Analyzes financial data and market trends.
  • Leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual business plan which is aligned with the company’s and brand’s strategic direction.
