Le Rôle
Ce poste clé au sein de l’équipe de direction des services professionnels (PSE) implique de superviser le développement et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives de processus et de systèmes orientés vers le service. En tant que Directeur des Opérations des Services Professionnels, vous aurez pour responsabilités de :
- Diriger le développement de processus de service standardisés à travers les différentes unités opérationnelles.
- Promouvoir l’adoption des outils et systèmes, contribuant ainsi à un environnement organisationnel axé sur les données.
- Célébrer la collaboration entre les différentes divisions et équipes tout en assurant une intégration efficace des opérations.

We are now looking for a driven and collaborative leader to join our Business Area Services / Professional Services (PSE) Business Line leadership team as Director, PSE Operations.In this key role, you will oversee the development and rollout of service process and system initiatives, helping to ensure that our operational foundations support growth and enable a sharper focus on sales across the business. You will collaborate closely with PSE Product Groups (PGs), Market Area (MA) organizations and the Professional Services BL Leadership Team. The role reports directly to SVP, Professional Services.We offer flexible working arrangements and a truly global working environment. Some travel is required.What You Do
- Lead the development and implementation of standardized service processes across the BA and MAs
- Drive the roll-out and continuous improvement of tools and systems, including SAPphire and the Service Management System
- Promote correct and consistent use of systems, terminology, and service data to support a data-driven organization
- Make equipment data accessible and actionable for professional service teams
- Develop and implement planning and work instruction processes to ensure operational readiness
- Develop and drive strategic recruitment, training, and retention initiatives to enable delivery teams to build, scale, and manage a competent workforce
- Align operational resources and practices to support strategic priorities and enable PGs to focus on sales and product development
- Collaborate closely with PGs, MA Sales, Digital Enablement, and the PSE leadership team to ensure integrated execution
- Maintain strong collaboration across BA Services functions and other Business Areas
Who You AreYou are a structured, hands-on, and people-oriented leader with experience in service operations, process development, or systems deployment in an international environment. You are passionate about continuous improvement and enjoy driving change that enables business growth.To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Proven experience in operational leadership, service delivery, or process development
- A strong track record in driving system and tool adoption
- Understanding of workforce management and competence development
- Ability to work across global teams and complex matrix structures
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead through influence and proven experience in leading change management initiatives
- Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and structured execution style
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
