BAYER adheres to the principles of sustainable development and is a socially and ethically responsible company.Main responsibilities:Enactment & management of local policies and procedures for Bayer group in Ukraine;Administrator role for Bayer contract management system;Administrator role for Powers of Attorney & internal authorizations;Administrator role for electronic keys;Archive services management;Legal & administrative tasks in Contract, Civil, Employment, Criminal & other Laws – under supervision of senior lawyersSkills & Qualifications:English (at least upper intermediate), diploma in Laws or graduate studentGood knowledge in Civil & Business LawsPro-active, with sense of responsibility and organizationThe main factor behind BAYER’s success is our employees.
