Description du poste : Description:– Systematic implementation of facility management (engineering) and repair (maintenance) operations
– Establish, manage, and follow up relationships with maintenance companies and contractors
– Planning and execution of maintenance repairs and smooth transition of work
– Operation management, confirmation, and maintenance of each facility equipment such as air conditioning, boilers, plumbing, electricity, and water supply in the hotel
– Energy management, fire and disaster prevention management, safety management, and environmental protection
– Smooth execution of daily operations of the engineering department
– Effective implementation of repair plans
– Manage inventory and maximize cost savings in the engineering department
– Monitoring of energy usage and formulation of environmentally friendly energy-saving measures
– Maintenance, modification, and replacement of furniture, appliances, and furnishings
– Scheduling and implementation of renovation and repair projects
– Creating and evaluating staff training plans
– Communication with other departments (e.g., implementation of requests)– 施設管理（エンジニアリング）・修繕（メンテナンス）業務の計画的実施
– メンテナンス会社・委託業者との関係構築・管理・フォロー
– メンテナンス修理、スムーズな勤務移行の計画・実行
– ホテル内の空調・ボイラー・給排水・電気・水道など各施設機器の運転管理、確認およびメンテナンスの実施
– エネルギー管理、防火防災管理、安全管理、環境保護
– エンジニアリング部門の日常業務の円滑な遂行
– 効果的な修繕計画の実施
– エンジニアリング部門の在庫管理、コスト削減の最大化
– エネルギー使用状況の監視と環境に配慮した省エネ対策策定
– 家具・家電・調度品などの保全・修正・交換等の業務
– 改装・修繕プロジェクトのスケジューリング及び実施
– スタッフのトレーニング計画作成および評価
– 他部門とのコミュニケーション（依頼事項の実施など）
