Description du Poste :
Le Consultant ERP aura pour mission de gérer et garantir la réussite des projets ERP en respectant les délais, le budget et les exigences, tout en assurant une satisfaction client maximale. Cela inclut :
- La collecte des exigences et la gestion du développement avec les équipes techniques ;
- La réalisation de tests utilisateurs (UAT), la formation des clients et le lancement des projets ;
- La création et la maintenance d’outils de suivi de projet pour évaluer l’avancement et gérer les éventuels changements ;
- L’analyse des rapports pour établir des priorités et éviter des retards sur les activités critiques ;
- La rédaction de documentation technique pour les projets assignés ;
- L’identification proactive de problèmes potentiels et la facilitation de solutions ;
- La participation à des activités d’apprentissage et de développement professionnel.
Profil Recherché :
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit répondre aux critères suivants :
- Diplôme de premier cycle dans n’importe quel domaine (les jeunes diplômés sont encouragés à postuler) ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, avec la capacité de interagir avec des clients et une équipe de développeurs à l’étranger ;
- Être enthousiaste et passionné par les technologies de l’information ;
- Être capable de travailler sous pression et respecter des délais serrés ;
- Posséder de bonnes capacités d’analyse pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes.
La connaissance des systèmes ERP et de la comptabilité est un atout appréciable.

- Manage and ensure ERP projects are done on time, on budget and on scope with high customer satisfaction
- Gather requirements, manage development with developers, perform UAT, training and Go Live with customer
- Create, update and maintain a variety of project controls that track the status of: individual projects or task orders, changes to projects or task orders, matters involving quality controls, and other aspects of the project(s) or task order(s).
- Analyze reports and use personal influence to create priorities that prevent delays to critical activities within the project;
- Establish, monitor, communicate and maintain project schedules;
- Write software/technical documentation for assigned ERP projects;
- Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions;
- Assist in ensuring that all aspects of the project are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements that govern the project and the community in which the project(s) takes place;
- Participate in manage activities that are related to ensuring timely completion;
- Participate in life-long learning opportunities and professional development.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and industry networking functions.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degrees from any major are welcomed.
