Mission Principale : Le département de Maintenance des Programmes d’Airbus DS a pour objectif crucial d’assurer l’approbation des Autorités de Navigabilité pour les exigences de maintenance programmée des aéronefs A400M, A330 MRTT et C-295. Cette mission est menée à travers des processus rigoureux tels que le MRB (Maintenance Review Board) et la méthodologie MSG-3.
Responsabilités Clés
Les activités principales comprennent :
– **Analyse MSG-3 :** Réaliser des analyses SYSTÈMES MSG-3 pour définir les exigences de maintenance programmée des aéronefs.
– **Support Technique :** Apporter un soutien technique aux clients concernant les exigences de maintenance, en mettant l’accent sur les services ASAC dans le cadre du contrat GSS3.
– **Collaboration Interdisciplinaire :** Travailler en synergie avec d’autres disciplines (systèmes, structures, zonal, MPD) selon les besoins.
– **Analyse des Modifications :** Évaluer l’impact des modifications de conception d’aéronefs sur les analyses MSG-3, MRBR et MPD.
– **Analyse des Rapports de Maintenance :** Réaliser des études des rapports d’inspection de maintenance en service pour les évolutions des intervalles, en soutien au MRBR.
– **Développement de Solutions :** Concevoir des solutions adaptées pour personnaliser les programmes de maintenance des opérateurs.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:Our Mission:Airbus DS Maintenance Programs Department main mission is to ensure the Airworthiness Authorities approval of the Scheduled Maintenance Requirements for A400M aircraft, A330 MRTT and C-295 aircraft (transport, humanitarian and maritime patrol versions).This is done through the MRB process and the MSG-3 methodology.We are in direct contact with Operators and Airworthiness Authorities as part of Maintenance Working Groups, were we present the MSG-3 analysis that are the source data for the Maintenance Review Board Report – MRBR (the MRBR is part of the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness – ICA, required by FAR/CS 25.1529 regulation in order to obtain the aircraft certification)Your main activities:– You will perform SYSTEMS MSG-3 analyses in order to identify Scheduled Maintenance Requirements for the aircraft under our responsibility. You will also present these MSG-3 analyses in front of operators and authorities (mainly EASA/CQC and INTA).– You will provide technical support to our customers related to scheduled maintenance requirements under your responsibility, with special attention to ASAC Services as required in GSS3 contract.– Collaborate with department’s disciplines (Systems, Structure, Zonal, MPD) when required.– Analyse aircraft design changes/modifications and In-Service Eng. Documentation (SB´s, OIT, AOT, ..) regarding the impact on the MSG-3 analyses, MRBR and MPD.– Perform In-service customer maintenance inspection reports analysis for intervals evolutions/escalations exercises for the Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR).– Development of solutions and customization of Operator’s Maintenance Programs.– Contribution to Customer satisfaction by optimizing tasks intervals and providing support to technical queries.Your Working Place:You will join a young enthusiastic team, willing to share a great technical knowledge.
