Rôles et Responsabilités

Le Field Application Engineer (FAE) jouera un rôle clé dans l’assistance technique aux clients assignés. Ses responsabilités incluent :

• Fournir un support d’application sur le terrain.
• Assurer des activités de support technique telles que l’implémentation, la personnalisation, la formation et la maintenance des produits de l’entreprise.
• Identifier et clarifier les problèmes techniques sur le terrain tout en collaborant avec les parties prenantes internes.
• Établir des relations solides tant avec les équipes internes qu’avec les clients externes.

Qualifications et Exigences

Pour postuler, les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie électronique ou discipline équivalente.
• Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente.
• Expérience nécessaire dans l’automatisation des bâtiments intelligents, les usines intelligentes, la robotique, et les systèmes énergétiques.
• Connaissances approfondies des circuits intégrés analogiques et mixtes, y compris les ADC/DAC de précision, les amplificateurs opérationnels, et les technologies de conversion d’énergie.
• Une expérience dans l’industrie des semi-conducteurs ou de l’électronique est requise.
• Compétences en communication en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en gérant les priorités.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec une orientation client.

• Conduct required field application support to assigned customers

• Cover technical support activities including implementation, customization, training, and maintenance of company’s products

• Responsible for defining and clarifying any field technical issues and collaborating with internal stake holders

• Responsible for building strong relationships internally and externally

Qualification & Requirement

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent disciplines is required

• At least 10 years of related experience

• Essential experience and Knowledge in Intelligent Building automation and Smart Factory, Robotics, Energy Systems in industrial market, Motor controller and driver, Industrial connectivity (Single Pair Ethernet, IO-link, RS485, etc) and Sensor interface applications

• Strong knowledge about Analog and Mixed signal ICs such as precision ADC/DAC, instrumentation/operational Amp, Connectivity protocol, Digital isolator, Sensor and sensor interface, Energy conversion technology, System level block understanding

• Experience at the semiconductor or electronic industry is required

• Need potential capability to cover new products/applications in automation and energy market

• Ability to work well with internal and external participants

• Capable of working under strong pressure from customers and need setting priorities

• Self-motivated, customer oriented, solid team player and well-organized

• Need to have good communication skills with technical knowledge

• Excellent communication with spoken and written English

• Good presentation skill

• Good interpersonal skill
