Pour son bureau de Séoul, MUFG recherche un FI Relationship Manager expérimenté et orienté vers les détails. Ce poste nécessite la promotion d’une gamme de produits et services auprès de clients institutionnels, gouvernementaux et corporatifs, tant locaux que globaux. Le candidat idéal devra démontrer une connaissance approfondie des offres de la banque, des tendances du marché financier et des comportements de la clientèle.

Responsabilités principales

  • Gestion de la relation client : Être le contact principal de la banque, comprendre les besoins des clients et développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires tout en délivrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.
  • Stratégie client : Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de revenus alignées sur la vision de la banque.
  • Gestion des risques : Être la première ligne de défense dans l’évaluation des risques liés aux services fournis, en collaborant étroitement avec les parties prenantes.
  • Suivi des tendances du marché : Observer les conditions financières des clients pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Développement des affaires : Conduire des initiatives pour atteindre des objectifs de rentabilité tout en respectant les exigences internes.
  • Partenariat interdisciplinaire : Établir des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Conformité : Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations pertinentes et former les membres de l’équipe.

Profil recherché

  • Formation : Diplôme en Finance, Comptabilité, Administration des affaires ou Économie (préféré mais non obligatoire).
  • Expérience : Minimum 7 ans dans un rôle similaire, avec une couverture de clients coréens nécessaire.
  • Compétences : Connaissance diversifiée des produits bancaires, capacités de communication en anglais fluentes, et sens des responsabilités concernant la rentabilité et la gestion des relations.
  • Capacités : Capacité à jongler avec plusieurs tâches tout en travaillant sous pression.

The successful candidate will be promoting a range of MUFG products and services to various financial institution clients both inbound and outbound. customers, including but not limited to corporate, institutional, and governmental customers located locally and globally. The successful candidate Responsible for should be knowledgeable of bank’s product offerings, industry trends, macro/micro economic environment and understand client’s behaviors/strategies to provide insights and solutions.assessing the customers and industries risks supporting the team in structuring complex deals to mitigate risk to the Bank, reviewing credit applications within the team to ensure that pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal is aligned to business strategy, and delivering extraordinary customer experiences.What you will be doing:

  • Manage client relationship as the primary contact of the bank to understand client needs and strategies. Lead and support team to build effective relationship with key existing/prospect customers clients to develop new business and to delivery of banking solutions extraordinary customer experiences. Be sensible in controlling customer expectations and guide the team to consider appropriate measures to ensure the Bank stays ahead of competitors, anticipating the company’s performance and market circumstances in a timely manner.
  • Support the dDevelopment of the department’s client strategy by understanding client profile, the Bank’s direction and vision leading to origination of identifying new revenue opportunities. , building customer relationship aligned to the Bank’s direction/vision. Build global business plan for appropriate promotion of businesses and comprehensive limit allocation.
  • As the first line of defense, be responsible for risk associated with services being provided ranging from industry, credit, market, compliance and other regulatory enforcements etc. Work closely with key stakeholders to minimize risk associated with business.
  • Monitor client’s financial conditions, regulatory developments and market trends to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Independently drive business to Support the delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet complex KPI items including (revenue and profit targets for the department. Develop business opportunities in consideration of RORA and profit targets on top of complying with necessary internal measures (i.e.LD Gap, liquidity control, and etc.)but not limited to) revenue and profitability targets, balance managements.
  • Build effective relationships with key clients to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

  • Develop and maintain relationship with strong stakeholder management with key internal / external stakeholders including credit, product partners, planning, operations as well as 3rd party partnerships.both within MUFG and externally.
  • Work in partnership with Credit and Product Offices’ from MUFG and affiliates to support in leveraging their products for deals and to maintain relationship for future business opportunities and various external parties including but not limited to, lawyers, accountants, technical experts to seek advice and support in relation to the deal.
  • Visit local and overseas customers when required, to represent the business to resolve complex issues and maintain & enhance relationship in order to proactively manage customer relationship and responsibly handle issues besides pursuing potential business opportunities. And regularly conduct meetings and/or presentations to customers.
  • Collect information from various sources including but not limited to customer’s financial statements, company accounts and sector data to support in assessing the deal and reporting.
  • Prepare and review presentation materials and make adequate report to stakeholders involved both internally and externally.
  • Structure optimal financial solutions that will deliver extraordinary customer experiences and mitigate risk for the Bank.
  • Prepare and review deal proposals and credit applications to ensure that pricing, product offerings and the structuring of the deal are aligned to the Bank’s business strategy, deliver extraordinary customer experiences, and mitigate risk for the Bank.
  • Support in managing the risk profile of the department’s portfolio by contributing to customer deal pipeline and account planning discussions in order to select creditworthy customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limitations.
  • Lead or support in department initiatives to increase revenue opportunities and deliver extraordinary customer experiences and new initiatives and participate in relevant committees regionally as well as globally.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits and adhere to all company policies / guidelines. Support, coach and guide team members on corporate banking issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local/global regulatory requirements (AML/Sanctions/ KYC etc)
  • Train team members for business promotion, credit analysis, client management, and etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or Economics major preferred (not mandatory)
  • Experience in Korean client coverage needed.
  • Diverse product knowledge for banking
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Responsibility for profit target / client relationship building
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
