Responsabilités

En tant que Field Service Representative, vos principales responsabilités incluront :

Préventes : Mener des activités de prévente et des démonstrations techniques.
Conception : Développer et réaliser des essais de preuve de concept pour présenter les solutions avancées de Nokia.
Engagement : Comprendre les besoins opérationnels des organisations de défense et adapter les solutions proposées.
Collaboration : Travailler avec des équipes commerciales, de gestion de produits et de R&D pour assurer une intégration fluide des solutions.
Feedback : Recueillir et analyser les exigences des clients pour améliorer continuellement les offres.
Formation : Développer et fournir des présentations techniques et des feuilles de route de solutions.
Compliance : Assurer la conformité avec les normes de sécurité du secteur de la défense.
Conseil : Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance, transformant des capacités techniques en avantages concrets pour les missions.

Qualifications Requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats devront posséder :

Expérience : Un solide parcours dans le secteur de la défense, idéalement avec des agences gouvernementales, des organisations militaires ou des entrepreneurs de la défense.
Expertise technique : Compétences en solutions de communication, notamment 4G/LTE, 5G, réseaux sécurisés ou communications par satellite.
Démonstrations : Capacité à réaliser des démonstrations techniques dans des environnements de défense.
Niveau d’Études : Un diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en ingénierie, télécommunications ou domaine connexe.
Communication : Excellentes compétences pour transmettre des concepts techniques à des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
Sécurité : Capacité à obtenir une habilitation de niveau Secret.

Ce poste demande une disponibilité pour des déplacements modérés à élevés, y compris des voyages internationaux.

This role requires a deep understanding of communications solutions in military / defense segment, hands-on expertise in telecommunications and secure networks, and the ability to bridge the gap between advanced technology and mission-critical defense applications.SD2025Responsibilities:In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working directly with defense customers and partners to demonstrate the power of Nokia’s technology. You will play a key role in:

Leading and executing pre-sales activities, technical demonstrations, and customer training.
Conducting proof-of-concept developments and field trials showcasing Nokia’s advanced communications solutions.
Engaging with defense organizations to understand their mission requirements and tailor Nokia’s offerings to meet their operational needs.
Collaborating with sales, product management, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of Nokia’s solutions into defense environments.
Gathering and understanding customer requirements and providing feedback to product management and R&D teams to support continuous improvement.
Developing and delivering compelling technical presentations and solution roadmaps tailored to the defense sector.
Ensuring compliance with defense industry security protocols and regulatory requirements.
Acting as a trusted advisor to defense customers, translating technical capabilities into real-world mission-critical advantages.
While the role will focus on certain countries it may include occasional support for other countries of the Market Unit.

Qualifications:This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the future of defense communications. A strong background in defense, with experience working in or with defense agencies, military organizations, or defense contractors.
Technical expertise in communication solutions, ideally 4G/LTE and 5G, secure networks, RF engineering, or satellite communications.
Proven ability to conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts in live or simulated defense environments.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical defense stakeholders.
The ability to act as the primary contact for local/regional technical inquiries.
The ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.
