National Instruments est à la recherche d’un analyste financier dont le rôle sera crucial pour fournir un mentorat financier complet aux équipes de gestion. L’objectif principal est d’assurer l’efficacité des opérations tout en maintenant des contrôles internes solides pour garantir l’exactitude des rapports financiers.
Responsabilités principales
Le candidat retenu sera amené à :
- Être le point de contact pour les sujets financiers et bancaires.
- Gérer la collecte des créances, l’analyse d’âge des comptes et le suivi des délais de paiement.
- Préparer des conciliations bancaires et des garanties bancaires.
- Réaliser des analyses de crédit client et examiner les commandes en attente.
- Revoir les contrats de vente et les documents associés aux comptes clients.
- Préparer et examiner les déclarations de TVA trimestrielles.
- Exécuter les processus financiers, y compris la clôture mensuelle avec le centre de services partagés.
- Préparer les rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels.
- Supporter les audits internes et les démarches de conformité fiscale.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe comptable pour améliorer l’efficacité par l’automatisation des rapports.
- Générer des rapports financiers et réglementaires conformes à la législation.
- Assister dans la création d’analyses supplémentaires et travailler sur des projets spéciaux si nécessaire.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit démontrer :
- Un diplôme en finance ou en comptabilité ou une expérience équivalente.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en finance.
- Une maîtrise des outils numériques, notamment MS Office et Excel.
- Des compétences analytiques et interpersonnelles solides.
- Une excellente communication orale et écrite en anglais.
- Un esprit d’initiative et une forte motivation à réussir.
- La capacité à prioriser les tâches dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif.

We are looking for a financial analyst with strong eye for detail to provide comprehensive financial mentorship to the organization and management to achieve business goals. You will be driving business efficiency and success by ensuring adequate Internal Controls are in place to maintain accuracy of financial reporting while safeguarding company’s assets and reputation.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Acting window for dedicated financial area and bank/treasury related topics
- Conduct cash collection, account receivable aging and past-due management
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Review and prepare bank guarantee
- Customer credit analysis and review of releasing hold orders
- Review of sales contracts and other account receivable related documents
- Prepare and review quarterly VAT filing
- Run financial process including month end closing with Business and Shared Service Center
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the area responsible and conduct Balance sheet review
- Support Internal audit, Statutory audit, Tax filing support and other accounting related tasks
- Work with accounting/planning team to ensure accurate financials and increase efficiency by developing automated reporting process
- Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations
- Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analyses as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises

- BA degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- Over 3 years of Finance
- Strong digital literacy in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
