Description du poste :
Le Financial Planning & Analysis Manager interagira directement avec les opérations et les contrôleurs d’affaires pour répondre à leurs besoins en matière de reporting financier et d’indicateurs de performance (KPI), ainsi qu’à leurs exigences de prévisions et de budgets. Ce poste implique également la gestion de projets financiers de tailles et portées variées, incluant le développement de plans de projet détaillés et la coordination des ressources internes et externes pour garantir la livraison des projets dans les délais impartis.
Responsabilités principales
Analyse et Planification Financière :
- Communiquer et coordonner les exigences de prévisions et de budget au sein de la communauté financière.
- Collaborer avec les opérations et les contrôleurs d’affaires pour développer, déployer, former, maintenir et améliorer les KPI/mesures et outils financiers.
- Assurer l’exactitude des données financières pour tous les outils déployés par l’équipe financière.
- Revoir et améliorer continuellement les processus et outils pour promouvoir les synergies et l’efficacité.
- Contribuer à la clôture financière et à d’autres exigences financières.
Gestion de Projets Financiers :
- Gérer plusieurs projets d’envergure variée, y compris les activités de fusions et acquisitions en finance.
- Être le communicateur clé pour le déploiement des projets et coordonner les ressources internes et externes.
- S’assurer que tous les projets soient livrés dans les délais, respectant le périmètre et le budget.
- Développer un plan de projet détaillé pour suivre la progression des différents projets financiers.
- Mesurer la performance des projets et gérer les modifications de portée, d’échéancier et de coûts.
Qualifications requises
Éducation et Expérience :
Essential :
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité/finance.
- Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en finance et en comptabilité.
- Expérience en gestion de projet financier.
Souhaité :
- Diplôme de master en comptabilité associé aux expériences mentionnées ci-dessus.
Certifications :
- Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) (Préférée).
Compétences et Aptitudes
- Solide sens des affaires et autonomie technique et analytique.
- Précision et attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à faire des recommandations à tous les niveaux de la direction.
Compétences Informatiques :
- Connaissance approfondie de la suite MS Office, en particulier Excel (niveau expert).
- Proficiencies intermédiaires sur Word et PowerPoint.
Conditions de Travail :
- Voyages : jusqu’à 10 % du temps.
- Salaire : entre 100 000 et 125 000 USD (selon l’expérience).

With more than 94,000 employees, SGS operates a network of over 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.Job DescriptionThe Financial Planning & Analysis Manager works directly with Operations and the Business Controllers on their financial reporting and KPI needs as well as their forecast and budget requirements. They will also manage financial projects of varying size and scope including developing detailed project plans and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within the scope and budget.Financial Planning & Analysis
- Communication and coordination of Forecast and Budget requirements to the Finance community
- Work with operations and business controllers in developing, deployment, training, maintaining, and improving financial KPIs/metrics and tools.
- Support, maintenance, and assurance of financial data accuracy for all tools deployed by the Finance team.
- Constant review and development of process/tools improvement to promote enhancement and efficiencies in Finance.
- Assist and timely delivery of the closing and other finance requirements.
- Regular review and communication of KPIs/metrics to operations and business controllers
- Participation on several special projects of the FP&A and BI team
- Consult with other SGS affiliates as needed.
Financial Projects Management
- Responsible for the management of multiple projects of varying size and scope including Finance M&A activities.
- Serves as a Key communicator for project deployment both internally to project stakeholders and to field.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensures resource availability and allocation.
- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of the various financial projects.
- Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Measures project performance.
- Responsible for early risk detection and mitigation, escalating issues when necessary to avoid impact to project commitments and to minimize any project risks.
- Successfully manages the relationship of the project and all stakeholders.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation and ExperienceRequired:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- Financial project management experience
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in accounting in combination with experience listed above.
Licenses/ Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)
