Description du poste
En tant que Manager Technique, vous aurez pour mission de garantir que les carburants fournis par Neste répondent aux exigences techniques des clients, aux spécifications de kérosène (ASTM, DEF-STAN) et aux normes de qualité tout au long de la chaîne d’approvisionnement des SAF (EI, JIG). Votre rôle engendre des interactions étroites avec les équipes internes (opérations commerciales, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique) ainsi que des acteurs externes tels que les laboratoires en Europe et en APAC.
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer la conformité des SAF : Veiller à ce que le SAF reste conforme aux spécifications lors du transfert de nos raffineries aux clients.
- Soutenir la qualité : Superviser l’assurance qualité et la conformité avec les normes de l’industrie EI/JIG durant le transport, le mélange, le stockage et la livraison.
- Relations avec les parties prenantes : Collaborer avec les experts techniques en carburant d’aviation de nos clients aériens ainsi qu’avec les agences gouvernementales.
- Contrôle qualité : Travailler avec des laboratoires et des équipes opérationnelles sur la documentation de tests de produits et de contrôles qualité.
- Inspection et conformité : Inspecter les installations pour garantir le respect des normes établies.
- Direction des R&D : Orienter et soutenir les activités de recherche et développement liées aux tests de produits SAF et à la performance des moteurs.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal possédera :
- Formation : Diplôme de Master ou Licence en ingénierie, chimie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des carburants (aviation de préférence).
- Compétences : Compétences analytiques solides, esprit commercial, capacités de communication, et une orientation axée sur la sécurité.
- Mobilité : Volonté de voyager.
Une compréhension des exigences de qualité des produits de kérosène et des normes EI/JIG est considérée comme un atout. De plus, une expérience dans l’écosystème technique du carburant d’aviation serait bénéfique.
