Dans le cadre de son équipe Data & Analytics, Dun & Bradstreet propose un poste clé au sein de ses initiatives scientifiques. Le candidat retenu sera chargé d’identifier les besoins d’affaires auprès de clients et collègues, tout en contribuant au développement de solutions analytiques innovantes.
Responsabilités clés
- Application de techniques scienfiques : Utilisation de méthodes telles que l’apprentissage machine supervisé et non supervisé, la Natural Language Processing et l’analyse de graphes pour optimiser les processus internes.
- Validation des modèles : Évaluation des performances des modèles de risque existants et recommandations d’améliorations.
- Communication : Capacité à expliquer des concepts complexes de manière claire aux parties prenantes.
- Collaboration : Interaction avec divers groupes pour garantir la continuité des affaires.
- Développement de solutions analytiques : Création et gestion de modèles statistiques répondant aux meilleures pratiques.
- Leadership de projets : Conduite de projets depuis l’idéation jusqu’à l’évaluation de leur impact.
Compétences requises
- Formation : Diplôme en Data Analytics, Data Science, Systèmes d’information ou domaines connexes. Un diplôme de Master est un atout.
- Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans en analyse de Big Data, maîtrise de Python, SQL ou équivalents.
- Outils analytiques : Compétence en outils de visualisation comme Tableau ou Power BI.
- Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, avec une capacité à interpréter des données de manière significative.
- Bilinguisme : Maitrise du français et du finnois requis.

Learn more at .As part of Dun & Bradstreet’s Data & Analytics team, you will play a critical role supporting data science initiatives, engaging with clients and colleagues to identify business needs, and contributing to the development and implementation of analytical solutions.You will use data science techniques to automate and scale our analytic capabilities as well as validate our predictive scores and recommend changes when needed.Essential Key Responsibilities
- Assist in utilizing data science techniques, including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, Natural Language Processing, and graph analysis, top automate and scale internal business processes.
- Engage with clients and colleagues to identify business needs and contribute to the development, implementation, and management of analytical solutions.
- Validate the performance of existing risk models, predictive solutions, and recommend changes when necessary.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders, clients, and senior leaders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in developing global analytic solutions, including statistical models, based on established best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Research business issues and recommend solutions, including model inputs and end products, focusing on specific customer needs and use cases.
- Bring new projects forward from ideation to proof of concept and impact assessment.
- Work closely with related groups to ensure business continuity.
- Work as a member of one or more agile teams, using lean principles and SCRUM methodology.
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to collect, organize, and deliver large datasets from multiple
- channels and sources, ensuring comprehensive data integration.
- Provide technical expertise in various analytical tasks, including design, development, validation,
- calibration, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop visual analytics tools by designing and creating dashboards in tools such as Power BI.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data compilation, analysis, and quality
- assurance.
- Provide analysis and drive modern solutions and efficiencies in our processes.
Skills needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics/Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science,
- Mathematics or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience with Big Data analysis and recommendation generation.
- 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, or similar.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insight.
- Results-oriented and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent organization, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
