Description du poste

En tant que Fulfilment Unit Operations Manager, vous aurez un rôle central dans l’optimisation des opérations et des réseaux de distribution d’IKEA en Corée. Cela implique la garantie de procédures standardisées et d’une amélioration continue des opérations et des processus de flux de marchandises.

Responsabilités principales

• Sécuriser des opérations quotidiennes performantes et un réseau de distribution efficace en intégrant des procédures standardisées et des pratiques d’amélioration continue.
• Diriger, encadrer et développer l’organisation des opérations du Fulfilment Unit, en intégrant les talents grâce à une planification de compétences à long terme.
• Assurer une coopération fluide entre les opérations du Fulfilment Unit et les autres fonctions commerciales.
• Maintenir des capacités et des ressources adéquates pour offrir une expérience d’achat homogène et de qualité.

Profil recherché

Le candidat idéal est un leader expérimenté, capable d’établir des relations solides dans un environnement multiculturel. Vous devez :

• Avoir 4 à 6 ans d’expérience dans un poste de leadership, idéalement dans la vente au détail ou la distribution.
• Maîtriser le modèle commercial d’IKEA, ainsi que les processus liés à la chaîne d’approvisionnement et aux opérations d’entrepôt.
• Posséder des compétences en gestion de projet et un esprit d’initiative pour relever des défis complexes.
