Objectif Principal
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de développer et maintenir des produits numériques innovants pour les Solutions Agricoles de BASF, en prenant en charge à la fois les composants front-end et back-end.
Tâches Principales
- Estimer les besoins en temps et en ressources pour les projets, tout en se conformant aux directives de sécurité mondiales de BASF.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit et les partenaires IT pour produire un code propre, efficient et bien documenté.
- Conduire des tests approfondis pour garantir la qualité des solutions numériques développées.
- Modéliser et intégrer des données provenant de sources internes et externes.
- Utiliser Azure DevOps pour gérer les dépôts de code et les pipelines CI/CD.
- Contribuer activement aux communautés de développement au sein de BASF.
Exigences
Éducation
- Diplôme ou formation avancée en ingénierie logicielle, science informatique ou domaines connexes.
Expérience Professionnelle
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel.
Compétences Linguistiques
- Anglais courant (écrit et parlé).
Compétences Techniques
- Expertise avancée en : Angular, Java, SQL, GitHub (indispensable).
- Compétences en React et Azure Cloud (appréciées).
- Compétences en assurance qualité et pratiques de testing.
- Compétences intermédiaires en modélisation de données.
- Maîtrise d’Azure DevOps et des principes Agile.
Soft Skills
- Compétences avancées en communication efficace.
- Pensée analytique et résolution de problèmes complexes.
- Partage des connaissances.

We offer professional solutions in finance, purchasing, reporting, logistics, technology, human resources, projects, communication, legal matters, environment, safety, health, and quality.Main Objective:
Responsible for developing and maintaining innovative digital products from BASF´s Agricultural Solutions, with a focus on both the front-end and back-end components.Main Tasks:
- Estimate the time and resource requirements of work packages and develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of our digital products according to user’s functional requirements and BASF’s global security guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the product team and internal/external (IT) partners to develop and maintain digital products by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, as well as participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices, allowing for adaptability to changing conditions.
- Regularly conduct extensive testing to ensure the quality, scalability, performance, and security of the developed solutions, and provide support in resolving any issues that arise.
- Identify, extract, model, integrate, and present data from various internal and external sources.
- Utilize Azure DevOps as a central development tool to manage code repositories and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as to document development processes.
- Actively participate and contribute to development communities at BASF, proactively sharing experiences and knowledge to foster a culture of innovation and transparency.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduates or advanced students of Software Engineering, bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telematics Engineering, Information Technology Analyst (or related careers).
- Working Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Technical skills:
- Advanced technical skills in: Angular, Eclipse, DHTML, Java, SQL, Magnolia, AWS, Github (must)
- Advanced technical skills in: React, Azure Cloud (valued)
- Advanced technical skills in quality assurance and testing practices
- Intermediate technical skills in data and function modelling
- Intermediate technical skills in IT Security
- Advanced skills in Azure Devops, Agile principles and Software Engineering best practices
- Soft skills:
- Advanced skills in effective communication
- Advanced soft skill in analytical thinking and complex problem-solving
- Advanced soft skill in knowledge sharing
