Mission et Responsabilités
En tant que Global Procurement Manager, les responsabilités comprennent :
- Gestion des parties prenantes : Intégrer les exigences commerciales avec les plans stratégiques à long terme.
- Développement de la stratégie : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de sourcing, en utilisant des outils de sourcing stratégique.
- Analyse des risques : Réaliser des analyses de risque et développer des modèles de Coût Total de Possession (TCO).
- Négociation : Garantir les meilleurs accords commerciaux avec les fournisseurs.
- Gestion de la performance : Assurer le suivi des contrats et des relations avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.
- Conformité : Veiller à l’application des principes et politiques d’affaires de Nestlé.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire en Approvisionnement, Administration des affaires ou Logistique.
- Expérience : Expérience avérée dans le sourcing, maitrise des huiles végétales et des graisses est un atout.
- Compétences : Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en négociation.
- Gestion des risques : Compétences démontrées en gestion des risques et en relations fournisseurs.
- Régulations : Compréhension des réglementations nationales et internationales en matière d’approvisionnement.
- Outils : Connaissance de SAP vivement souhaitée.
- Organisation : Capacité à travailler de manière structurée et organisée.
- Langues : Bilinguisme en anglais et espagnol, d’autres langues étant un plus.

- Manage the relationship with various stakeholders to integrate business requirements with long-term strategic category plans and outcomes in line with budgets and operations planning.
- Define and implement the category sourcing strategy, utilizing Strategic Sourcing processes, tools and policies.
- Perform supply & demand risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the strategy.
- Lead the commercial relationship with their strategic suppliers and ensure contract performance.
- Ensure compliance to Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
What will make you successful:
- University degree in Procurement, Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Well established experience in sourcing for any commodities focused category, experience with vegetable oils and fats is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across a complex organization.
- Demonstrated success in risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relation management.
- Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered highly beneficial.
- Being highly structured and well organized.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, any other language will be an asset
