Profil du Candidat
Le candidat recherché doit posséder une solide expérience dans la gestion des plateformes de marché numériques, avec des compétences spécifiques dans plusieurs domaines clés :
- Expérience Technique : Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans la création et la gestion de plateformes de marché, maîtrisant les dynamiques de marché telles que l’intégration de tiers et la gouvernance.
- Leadership : Capacité prouvée à diriger des équipes pluridisciplinaires dans un environnement agile et à inspirer la collaboration.
- Compétences Commerciaux : Connaissance approfondie des modèles de monétisation et des structures de coûts, essentielle pour maximiser la valeur au sein d’un contexte de marché numérique.
Responsabilités Clés
En tant que Digital Platform Manager, vous serez chargé de :
- Concevoir et diriger la stratégie numérique pour la nouvelle plateforme commerciale d’IKEA, en se concentrant sur le développement du marché et la croissance.
- Gérer le portefeuille numérique complet, en veillant à l’excellence opérationnelle et à l’innovation.
- Représenter IKEA lors de forums industriels et d’engagements avec des partenaires, en agissant en tant qu’ambassadeur des ambitions numériques de la marque.
- Favoriser une culture de l’expérimentation et de la vitesse d’apprentissage au sein de l’équipe.
Conditions et Qualifications
Le candidat retenu devra posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience dans des environnements de vente au détail, de commerce électronique ou de service plateforme.
- Ambition et capacité à exploiter l’innovation numérique pour réaliser des résultats commerciaux positifs.

This position is an excellent fit for a results-oriented digital leader possessing a robust technology foundation, demonstrated success in building digital products for marketplace environments, and in-depth expertise across digital marketplaces, platform ecosystems, and the convergence of product strategy, technology implementation, and commercial operations. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the digital foundation of our new marketplace offerings, delivering a seamless and scalable experience for partners, customers, and internal teams alike.This role will work closely with other company digital areas to explore opportunities for creating a truly integrated customer experience and presenting a more complete and holistic offering.
